The place is like paradise, worth visiting. The food is not their specialty but rather the touristic angle of the visit. The food is a mixture of international foods but rather mediocre. The price for food was too high. There is a price to get in.

Beautiful place to enjoy a hot day in Santa Cruz, Bolivia with family or with friends. It has a nice restaurant, good food, good services , you can go just for lunch or for the day, it has a beautiful garden and you can see the variety of plants that Santa Cruz has, it is an oasis a few minutes... La Rinconada is a little gem easily overlooked by people staying in Santa Cruz. You can get there by taxi and the return to the outskirts of Santa Cruz is free ( paid for by the restaurant) to make the commute easier. Closed Monday, it was very quiet on a Tuesday. Food was great, staff is amazing, from Alex the... More

went out with a group to get out of the city for lunch. I had a great time with my teenage boys on the zip line and push carts. The food was good. It is great for those who do not venture out of the populated areas to see some beautiful plants and some birds. It does not cost much... More

All reviews of this garden say to visit on a Sunday but no one told us that it was closed on a Monday. Not even our hotel that negotiated the taxi for us in Spanish. We arrived to find it closed. We had gone to view the giant lily pads so I was very disappointed. I tried to explain this... More

This garden is certainly the best we visited in Santa Cruz. For plants, beautifully designed water features and general ambience La Rinconada left Guembe and the botanical Gardens for dead. I could imagine it gets a bit crowded on weekends or hot days but we had an overcast day and wanted just a quiet half day. It was fantastic. Highly... More

We have been coming to this restaurant for about 8 years and each time there is something new and beautiful to see. They have recently added swimming pools and fountains. Be sure to bring swim suits and HUGE outfits! The pique macho is fantastic!
