I am an avid wine sampler. Modern Craft wines are fine and fun. Their mixing recipes are festive and provide seasonal fun. I am a dry red wine drinker and love their Northbound red, All Night Red, AuSable Red and Charity Island
I also love to mix about a tablespoon per wine glass of the Cherry, BlackBerry, or Raspberry into my dry reds. This adds a hint of fruity flavor and just a touch of sweet to the dry...I'm beginning to drool. Can't wait for spring to come and have them open again!

We stopped in the Frankenmuth location for wine tasting. Lots of variety. Staff friendly and helpful. Located in River Place Shoppes, Frankenmuth.

Modern Craft is different and that’s why they are awesome! We love going in for tastings even if we already know what we want. Fun atmosphere and great wine. Even if you don’t like wine, you can find something you’ll enjoy.

Love this place! Good wine good service! They always are nice to us when we go there. Never leave without buying wine! This is pretty good for me considering i don't like wine but love theirs!

They have some very good wines and wine mixes. I really loved the sunset mix. It has raspberry and another wine that I cannot remember right now. Tastes of 3 mixes are free. for 5 it is $5. Service can be slow when large groups are there as there is only 1 person doing the tastings.

Modern craft has done a good job tailoring their wines for easy drinking. Hostess was friendly and helpful. You have a few tasting options to choose from, a few free tastes or pay for several and a glass. They have several fruit wines, a few ice/desert wines, a few reds and a few whites. Pretty much something for everybody. During our tasting the hostess turned us onto their mixes, boy were those tasty! Also a good way to cut the wine. Try the tropical fruit wine and blue jones soda!

Modern Craft has some great wines. They offer a wide variety of different fun flavors. We normally visit the West Branch location but had the chance to go to this new location.
Make sure you give all the different wines a chance, you might find something new you like.
This year they had a few new wines that we did buy. The woman working said they do free over night shipping from that store if you call!!
We will continue to keep up with the modern craft wines as they continue to grow. They are trying to open a tasting room in our city of Wyandotte!

My husband has never really did a wine tasting, he really had a good time. Loved the fact of it being so laid back, not a stuffy place at all, when they say put your pinky down they mean it. What a great place, went in for the tasting and a couple of bottles co.e out with a case lol. Go and have fun.
