We had reservations as they are always busy, nice night people eating outside. Sweet Potato cakes awesome,so was the crab cake, not all filler. Husband had his favorite buffalo enchiladas and raved about them,I had a duck and cojito cheese enchilada, also good. We have been going to the pear since the 90's,always happy. So much better than the usual cheese drenched... More

Reservation advised if you come to this little spot during a busy time of day! The Mexican food is fresh and well prepared. My friend raved about the crab cakes...best she's ever had. I thoroughly enjoy the shredded beef burrito! The house-made salsa has just enough kick but isn't overwhelming. Great meal!

Eating on the sidewalk on Main Street as everyone passes by is one of the joys of an Ann Arbor summer. Eating a scallop salad with fresh greens, Zmichigan cherries, guacamole and garlic vinaigrette is one of the reasons for living. In the winter have the poblano rellenos which are served with a rich thick mole and a crisp crust-... More

Lots of creative, out of the ordinary dishes. Lots of personal touches and refreshingly not chain restaurant food at all. Service is good, margaritas are just the essentials as they should be! The tacos however are the only slightly underwhelming thing I've tried.

The food here is always fresh and good. It is South Western and is very vegetarian friendly. The chips salsa and Guac alone could have made a meal with a lovely Margarita on ice to wash it all down. But we also got and shared the stuffed relleno peppers with black beans (they were all out of chicken, reminder that... More

We were a party of eight and we had to wait for sometime. But once we were seated the service was excellent. The veg options were good.. I will certainly go there again

We went for dinner during restaurant week. Had to wait for a table. The restaurant is very small and tables are close together. There is outdoor seating weather permitting. Our server Sheila was great. She was so funny and energetic. The shrimp and scallop quesadillas are amazing the seafood was perfectly cooked and since it was restaurant week it was... More

Fabulous, consistent. We come here a lot. Small so use open table reservations. Great ambiance but great southwestern inspired use of Mexican cheeses and peppers with black beans and meats from buffalo to chicken to crab cakes.

We went there with another couple from Toledo, who knew the bill of fare at this restaurant. We sat in the tent, which shielded us from the hot sun, and ate a superb Mexican meal. The guacamole was superb as were the Chile Rellenos. When in the area or going to the area, try and call ahead, as the place... More

Consistently good Mexican. Great margaritas! When the weather is warm, it's wonderful to sit outside and enjoy the A2 street scene.
