If you are looking for Cuban this is the place. The Cuban Sandwich was great along with the Plantains.

This place is one of the best burger spots in Ann Arbor. The food is amazing and the batidos are just as delicious!

Hibiscus batido was creamy and floral. Not too sweet with a robust flavor. The chorizo was rich, the slaw added a crunch and was refreshing, the bun was tender. Overall, an incredible sandwich. The plantain chips and guacamole were on point. It was very busy, but was easily found a table and the service was speedy!

Decor is Industrial, food is awesome. The Inspired Cuban sandwich is not to be missed, and the Batidos (a Cuban influenced shake) is something else - I especially enjoyed the coconut cream one. Pricey for a sandwich, but worth it!

Well, I like burgers and comfort food so I though this would be my new fav. Spot afer all I heard. I totally did not the food. Ambience and crowd and staff is very good. Food on the other hand is not good at all! Sooo greasy, heavy, no real taste. Just a bunch of stuff thrown together loaded with... More

My husband and I love this place and visit every time we're in Ann Arbor. The food is just really, really good. Our favorite is the chorizo burgers and the pulled pork. The side dishes are all very good also, from the "Best Snack Ever" to the plantain chips with avocado spread. Atmosphere is community picnic tables but that just... More

Frits Batidos is an individually owned restaurant. The owner has previously only owned upscale restaurants (Eve). This is a burger and shake place similar, in many ways, to Shake Shack. Similar prices to SS. Has a Cuban touch to it. You stand in line to order, food is brought to you when ready. Fairly good food, but the seating is... More

The burgers are absolutely yummy! I am glad we found this place for lunch. All the add-on's make it much better. Great for Vegetarians.

Authentic Cuban noms in an adorable setting. Fresh food, options for all dietary needs, and killer twice-fried plantains. You could just serve me those plantains as a meal and I would be content, tbh.

The frita is a sandwich. Whatever meat or bean you choose is made into a patty. Then, they have delicious shoestring fries and it is on an egg bun with some kind of mayo. My chicken one came with lemon-scented mayo. It was an interesting sandwich on a nice egg bun. We also got plantain chips with avocado (which is... More
