This is a fantastic little chorizo restaurant near the central market. Much better than the chorizo in the market, I highly recommend the choripan (chorizo sandwich).

We went for lunch on the recommendation of our Spanish Teacher and we were not disappointed. Apparently you have to have. chorizo sandwich if you're in Sucre as it is a speciality. They were very good. Basically two thin chirizos with salad in a hamburger type bun. Tasted great and only 13 Bolivianos each.

I tried in the Aniceto Arce. Just average for me. A chorizo with bun, salads and a sprite cost 27Bolivian. Will not strongly recommend to anyone.

These are tasty little sandwiches and if I happen to be passing by I'll pick one up. They also have some simple ham sandwiches and a couple other varieties available. It's inexpensive and quick. I much prefer the Choripans that are available over at the end of Avenida Las Americas, but if I'm no where near there, these will do... More
