We only got to try a couple of restaurants in Potosi, Phisqa Warminster was most enjoyable. Good drinks, nice service. A decent variety of dishes in addition to the usual. Carne was actually chewable. Well worth visiting.
We went there twice for their lunch set meals. The restaurant itself was large, and had an indoor and outdoor courtyard area. It was bustling with locals on the weekend, but we had no problems getting a table.
