Shahrzad at Hyatt Regency Dubai was named after the beautiful daughter of the vizier of Sultan Shahryar, Shahrzad, who told the tale of 1001 nights. Visit Shahrzad and discover how the restaurant pays perfect attention to the details. Not only will the decor fascinate, but also authentic dishes, starting with the freshly baked tanour bread, followed by a selection of meat kebabs, seafood, fruits and vegetables, as well as the inspiring tunes of our live singer, will give you a true Iranian dining experience.
All dishes are prepared the traditional way and served family-style. A variety of non-alcoholic Iranian beverages is offered as well as a selected wine list.

For more intimate dining choose between:
The Private Dining Room within an elegant setting, carpeted floor and an impressive ceiling lamp.
The Ladies Dining Room, traditionally used for ladies gatherings with a curtain seperating it from the restaurant.
The round family table overlooking the restaurant balconies.

A great restaurant to try for all the sushi lovers. Second to none in my opinion in Dubai, great sushi, wide options in menu. Service is well organised, very attentive and creates very good impression of professionalism. Would love to try again and again in my every visit.

I ordered special dish which I normally will only order in a traditional Japanese restaurant. The chef made a special dish for me and always give me special appetizer, one chef recognize me and always smile at me. I feel really honored to be in this restaurant. Their udon is perfect and their teppanyaki is good for family, I have... More

I've been to this restaurant for at least 10 times and everytime I'm there, I order the amazing Katsudon. They are very consistent in terms of food quality and service! The location (it's inside the hotel) is great as well!

In the Hyatt Regency Deira the restaurant has both a sushi bar and hibachi grill. The quality of ingredients is good but there is something missing from this place, im not sure if it was the obnoxious drunk Indian guy claiming to have his own airline( he didn't) across the table that put me off the place maybe I will... Fairly intimate restaurant, with both a sushi bar and hibachi grill. We had the hibachi grill, and shrimp, steak, and chicken entrees were all very well received by the family. Chef was accommodating to cook chicken teriyaki on the hibachi instead of regular saucing.

Japanese is food is very delicate and has to be prepared carefully. That what they did actually. Personaly i do not really like japanese restaurants without any japanese staff inside. However the service was excellent, sashimis too but i ordered as a starter, a salmon miso soup and the taste was good but the quality of the 3/4 pieces of... More

This was surprisingly good - the atmosphere is subtle which wasn't expected and the food not bad - pricey of course but the service was excellent.
