If you want a mid range restaurant with good food in the Dubai creek area, this was a good option. Good selection of dishes and good food.

Very pleasant staff. Answered question about menu choices. Food was wonderful. A bit hard to find, but well worth the search. Close to the cruise port and the old gold souk. A real old world experience.

We called in at this traditional restaurant for a drink / escape the heat - and it was lovely. The staff are friendly and obviously cater for tourists. The menu is very reasonable priced and the tea and coffee was beautifully presented.

Came here for lunch after exploring Bur Dubai and Deira. It was pretty empty, as we were early. Sat in the lovely terrace area out back. Food was very good. Middle Eastern cuisine, which actually is not that common in touristy Dubai. Baba Ganoush and...More

People coming here expecting haute cuisine or spectacular dishes will be disappointed. This is rather like a local home-cooking restaurant. It has a traditional feel and is close to the gold souk. I had tasty portions of tabouleh and moutabal as starters, and a local...More

After reading a lot of great reviews we were really disappointed with the food, which we found very bland. The minced lamb kabab was ok, but serviced with plain rice and lacked any flavour. The fish what’s small and full of bones. The food we...More

Contact the restaurant- and check they are open Mondays. Although it was superb as it is off the beaten track it had plenty of spare tables when I went.
