Very good and Fresh food. The tabbouleh w add fantastic and the we had a dragon sushi wish was also tasty. For mains we had the Mediterranean rice with Lam and pine nuts, which was excellent. We had the mango cheesecake which as the rest was great accompanied by the house special coffee, a mild but very tasty blend. Service was very attentive and options to have tables on the terrace at night overlooking the fountain.

Gorgeous waterfront Restaurant with the most beautiful Burj Khalifa and Fountain Views 😍 located in the luxurious Fashion Avenue Side of the Dubai Mall this place is truly worth the visit! I came here several times for breakfast / Lunch and love their healthy as well as perfectly prepared dishes ! They have a huuuuge many for starters mains and deserts and everything tastes so fresh and delicious , I especially loved their Lamb chops with the Truffle fries and the Corn Salad on the side, super big portions for very reasonable pricing! Definitely 5 ⭐️, they also have incredible and fast service , very very friendly and professional ! 👌👌👌

It was a very, very tasty meal with a good view of the water features.
For example, we had the lamb chops, which were super tender, even our children couldn't stop eating them!
The service was also very friendly, quick and courteous. TOP!
A very good address, we will definitely be back!

We sat down to eat something during the fountain show. Very nice view, but they charge extra for it. We paid 18€ for water and coke only (10€ for water only) and asked for local water. Drink prices are not written on the menu, we have not found the price of water anywhere. That's very unfair. Never again

This was my last night, and the previous reviews made me choose this restaurant. However, one of the waiting staff that I had was a skinny Italian guy. Who treated me like I was invisible, I was the only black female in the restaurant and felt targeted especially by him. I complained to the manager TWICE. The view was amazing, the food was bland and for the money that I paid it definitely was not worth it. For me personally I would never eat there again and I would definitely choose a better restaurant, where you don’t get 4 prawns in your pasta. Avoid the skinny Italian dude at all cost especially if you are black.

The 3rd Avenue is a gem offering a perfect blend of excellent food and exceptional service. The ambiance is cozy, with soft lighting creating a tranquil dining experience. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff who made our meal feel special without ever rushing us. Highly recommended!

Beautiful Waterfront Restaurant with gorgeous Fountain Views and Burk Khalifa Views, it’s located in the Dubai Mall and has an amazing calming Athnosphere ! I came for a lovely lunch today and enjoyed each dish, beautifully presented and tasted so good! I also enjoyed the service , it was very fast and everyone was very friendly 😍 I can really recommend 👌

This cafee has a terrace with one of the best views of Burj Khalifa and dancing fountains. Food is edible, but nothing out of the ordinary. My wife and I expected more for the price we paid. Moreover, when we asked for the table on the terrace, we were told to have a seat at any free table inside the cafee and wait for about 30 minutes. We took a seat and waited... However, about 10 minutes later an employee approached us and told us to move to another table, because "her clients want to seat at the table we were sitting at". Those "clients" were a family of Emiratis with a child, so we did not mind moving. Yet, we observed several other Emiratis being seated ahead of us who were not ahead of us ( we knew this, because another couple in the que before us got seated already). When we confronted the manager who was disregarding the que and sitting the locals ignoring the que, and asked him what was going on and why he has been disrespecting us that way, he insisted that those people were waiting outside (which was a lie, because they have not been in the que record). We told this manager that we felt he had discriminated us, but he did not offer us an apology...
Our mood was ruined, to say the least.

We were on Third Avenue looking for a place to view the fountains. The terrace offers spectacular views of the fountains and Burj Khalifa. The menu lacks an identity, offering Japanese, Korean, Italian, American, Mexican cuisine, etc... But the meat tried in four different dishes was excellent, as was the cheesecake. Prices a little high, but average for Dubai. Highly recommended!

I booked a table at this restaurant after reading that it had good views of the fountain show and wow does it. We were given a fantastic table with awesome views of the fountain show and the lights on the Burj Khalifa. The service from start to finish was impeccable and the food was really delicious and reasonably priced. I highly recommend a visit to Third Avenue Boutique - book ahead to ensure a good view of the fountain.

I would like to take the opportunity to thank the incredible staff at the third avenue restaurant their topnotch hospitality service made our dinner so lovely and unforgettable 🩷 starting from the 2 hostess Natalie and Butheina very kind, Big smiles super helpful all throughout and a special thank you goes out to Eli who made sure we were satisfied with whatever service we needed
He kept on checking on us gave us an alert whenever the fountain was about to start we really loved the whole V.I.P experience we got we are definitely going to come back for breakfast this Saturday.
Not forgetting the food and drinks 10/10😍

Best views at the terrace to see the Burj Khalifa and fountain show. Friendly service and nice food. We had wagyu sliders, pizza buffalo chicken, chicken taco’s and dynamite shrimps. Great food combined with these views, it won’t get any better. I would recommend everybody to go here but make sure you get a table outside at the terrace.

When you enter this restaurant expect nothing less than perfection from Chef Nader. Must say each & every dish is unique & superbly delicious. Presentation is pictureque. Service is quick. The highlight ofcourse is the breathtakingly beautiful view of Burj Khalifa & the Fountain.
Overall, loved Third Avenue & would recommend it to everyone, I myself cannot wait to revisit & try their other dishes. The quality of the food is top notch, they deserve rating beyond 5 stars for sure.

The 3rd Avenue Coffee is located at the 1st Level Fashion Avenue Dubai Mall, the restaurant is divided into 3 seating- inside the restaurant, in the middle of the mall and balcony overlooking Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall fountain. The view from the balcony is magnificent and breathtaking, watching the fountain and the light show of burj Khalifa is so dreamy and romantic and the weather is perfect too.
We were greeted with warm hospitality by the team, they look very professional and classy with the uniform that includes eye Glasses, I must say that eye glasses as part of the uniform is cool and funky so so creative!
As we sat at our table the staff guide us with the menu ( Nadia and Diana), and am glad that the staff are familiar and knowledgeable with the food and drink menu – they are trained very well.
The place was not only a treat for the eyes but the food was delicious and very Instagramable.
The freshly grilled Salmon with saffron sauce is to die for my friend and I was addicted with the Organic and black rice it was so delicious.
For my drink I opted to order the Healthy Day drink as suggested, it’s a good substitute for soda and other sugary drinks.
Chicken Taco and Enchilada Mexican Chips tasted good too.
The Pineapple Cheesecake (Mr. Matoo) is exquisitely and beautifully created and prepared, it looks good and tasted good!
It feels so upright that the restaurant offers a variety of food and drinks that is healthy, it goes to show that the restaurant not only focus on feeding the customer but also their welfare / Wellbeing as well, so bravo for that!
People should try to dine and take advantage of the good weather and you will not be disappoint with the service and the food that they offer.

This is a wonderful restaurant located about the fountains. The views are spectacular. Service was very good and the quality of food was amazing. It’s located in fashion avenue so you need to access the mall to enter the restaurant. Book in advance as it’s quite popular.
