Noel our server was the best. He was so knowledgeable about the wines and worked well with the chef to make sure the our food were perfect the the way we want it. We could not have asked for better. The food was incredible and the service was impeccable. Everything we had for dinner was better than expected and the tempura recommended by Noel was amazing literally melted in your mouth.

Had a really wonderful time with the most professional service from Damalie, Joyce, John and Juliane who were very attentive and offered us suggestions on the food. The dragon roll and crazy tiger roll from Noel were really 👌 tasty and shall sure come to test the rest that the menu offers. The music is some what appalling but was informed that a DJ will start playing soon. Thanks guys for making the place homely for everyone.

This is the best place to relax and chill after work. We feel relieved and revitalized when I meet my friends to have a couple of drinks and food to destress ourselves during the middle of the week. As an added bonus, you will get a spectacular view of Dubai above. I recommend visiting sky lounge at night to see Dubai’s sparkles and glitters.
We ordered Their special Dynamite shrimp Maki roll and it tasted really good. Pair it with their wine and cocktail. Perfect combo! I advise to visit during Tuesdays since its their Ladies night. Ladies get to have free drinks. They also give unlimited mixed nuts. Food + Drink + Ambiance + Dubai city View = Awesomeness!
I also would like to mention the staff who put their efforts to serve us gracefully. Everything we needed they assisted us all the way during the night. They were very courteous, fast and attentive. Kudos to all the staff especially MS. CHERELL who ensured us the best place to sit. MS JULIANNE who gave us the orders that we needed. MR RAMESH for the very prompt and quality service he gave us that night. And to Level 43 Sky Lounge, for giving us a breathtaking view and variety of food and drink to pair to make our stay truly memorable.

We went there a few times during our 2 month long stay at the Four Points Sheraton
Pros:
Amazing view and good seating service
Great staff service given the crowd
Decent bites like calamari and sushi rolls
Cons:
Limited and overpriced beers
Very unruly and sometimes tacky crowd who doesn’t adhere to social distancing especially during the weekends. Becomes hard for the hotel guests to use the lifts during weekends
Music selection is cliched and lame
All in all, I think the place can be improved a lot by ensuring stricter entry policy and adding more collection of drinks
I enjoyed my time there with my wife but it could have been greatly enhanced.
Hope to come back here but I don’t see myself coming here every weekend. Maybe once a month at most.

The lounge is a very beautiful place with the most hospitable waiters: Damalie, Cherell,Joyce and Robin are awesome. Thank you so much for hosting us. The lamb chops were very tasty and Damalie’s recommendation of the oven baked salmon was the best recommendation. They always have a meal of the day. Thanks guys

Website menu offered sashimi but once there, "sorry no sashimi". Ok we will have a nice glass of Rosie, "sorry no Rosie" All in all a bit of a disappointment. Still view great.
Covid19 make looking through the menu a pain but we found a couple of good rolls.
If you use your Marriot Bonvoy card you get 20% discount and if you log into Level 43 you will get a free cocktail.
More of a meet and drink place rather than eating, but again nice view.

This bar has been given way too much praise than it deserves.
The only good thing is that it has free valet parking.
The major concerns are the staff, who are slow at serving and very unfriendly. The drinks are overpriced and come in small glasses that are not worth ordering. And finally the views are not that great with a high curved fence that goes around the terrace making taking pictures almost impossible.
Even the atmosphere wasnt that great. Two drinks in and we left sorely dissapointed.

We really enjoyed the evening in Level 43. The view is stunning, the offer as well, as a lady you can have unlimited house beverages from 9 pm till midnight together with a sushi plate just for 99 dhs. Moreover, your sushi plate can be customized - thanks NOEL - as I am a vegetarian. Really delicious! Perfect service, attention to detail.

We visited on a Thursday and the bar is full, we have to wait for a few minutes before seated. This is one of the bars we love to come for the ambiance and the food. Their food is excellent, we have ordered The Surf and Turf, which is a combination of Salmon and Lambchops, both are very tasty, rich and cooked fresh. The manager, Ms. Olga made sure that we have the best seat and accomodated our request politely. The service staff are very nice, hospitable and very attentive to all your request. Appreciate the 3 exceptional staff who serve us very well, Saish, Tamuka and Mahesh! Thank you guys, we have a wonderful evening. See you again soon!

Definitely next level sky lounge! We visited 3 different nights during our stay and we were just in complete awe on how beautiful the place was, the view and the set up especially the vibe. I would like to commend the hardworking staff, Dan , Cheryl, Julianne, Joyce and Mahesh. Even though it was very cold at that level they were very efficient in taking orders and serving the clients, they even manage to recommend good beverages and food, kind enough to give us warm blankets too. The well lit menu is also a plus. May I also commend the wide range of beverages, cocktails , alcoholic drinks that were available. Definitely 5 star lounge! I would like to stress out how amazing the DJ and the Saxophonist, I think music either a make or break in a lounge and they definitely made it extra!!! Looking forward to our future trip. This lounge is a MUST visit.

The place has potential but the drinks let it down. Tried 2 cocktails a mojito and another vodka-based with almond syrup. The worst drink I ever had. The waiter was nice but they smelt sweat. I understand that it is hot but this needs to be addressed by the management. Also, please don't make your staff sing happy birthday to guests as it was clear they don't really want to. It was the saddest birthday song of the century.

The views are amazing and they have very good Happy Hour prices, but the service was very slow. Seated for 15 minutes without service, the bill also took very long, and we were not the only ones, two elderly ladies were seated and forgotten about.
The manager (the lady, I think she was the manager though) looked more like she was stressing out then helping the team.
To be fair, it did look like they were understaffed, the waiters and bartenders are very friendly, but they don’t have to time to serve you properly unfortunately.
If you like the view and are up for some good deals and you don’t mind to wait 15 minutes to be served, then it’s a great place.

Came here with family and friends and the atmostphere and service was just amazing. Jovana and Mirza made sure the food was served on time and then we got constant checks from Jovana to ensure everything was fine. Even Stephen who handles security was polite and made sure we felt comfortable while waiting for a sit.

I came to this lounge to celebrate my 22nd birthday and have made reservations 2 weeks earlier. I am really happy with their exceptional & immediate service! Staffs are super attentive, food (chicken burrito) was excellent and full of flavour, so was the drink! I would recommend you to have your celebration here. Thank you so much for Sheena, Krishanu, Krishantu, Tatiana & Saish for arranging my birthday celebration. Will cherish this moment!
