Texas Roadhouse restaurants are very common throughout the Middle East. And they are standardized, so you know exactly what to expect. Decorated to look like a western cowboy saloon, buckets of peanuts in shells on the tables, empty shells on the floor, these restaurants have a very relaxed atmosphere but with great food and great service. I have never had a bad experience at any of their restaurants - ever.
This one was no exception. Indoor or outdoor seating - the outdoor area being very close to the Dubai Fountain. Close enough to hear the music and see the higher fountains swaying, but not quite close enough to truly experience the show.
The food was great, the service the great and the price is reasonable. I will continue to visit their restaurants whenever possible.

This is one of our favorite restaurants in the USA. However, in reviewing the menu, there are many newer and cultural choices on the menu.
The food was cooked to perfection and very hot. The whole meal was perfectly done and the service was the best. When ordering drinks they will ask if you want cold or room temperature. Cold mean it will come with ice or a water battle from the chiller with a cup of ice.
Service charge is not included on the bill and even water is a charge due to the tap water in the UAE. It is not bad...about 15 AED for a nice cold bottle of water. The meal was very filling and cooked to perfection. The waiter does not leave until he asks you to cut your steak for the right amount of color inside.
A top experience and close to the Dubai Water Fountain show...although you cannot see the show from the inside or patio seating.

We had an excellent meal at Texas Roadhouse in Dubai Mall.
On arrival at our table, there was a decent sized bag of monkey nuts, which put the initial hunger to bed.
Next up were delicious warm bread rolls with cinnamon butter.
We then ordered fried onions to share for starter - they were prepared with a thin batter and looked like exotic French fries. Absolutely delicious.
For the main event, between the four of us we had a mi mixture of ribeye steaks and ribs, each of which were served with a choice of two sides and a sauce. The steaks were faultless - cooked as requested and just fantastic. The sides were also generous portions - highlights being the steak fries, chili bowl, Caesar salad and mash with gravy.
The soft drinks were refilled by a server with great regularity and the visit was capped off with them delivering a brownie and ice cream for my birthday.
A great dinner.

After a wait for a free table for 1 hour, we started with warm home made bread and then the perfectly grilled steaks (Dallas and Ribeye with bone) and 2 extras per person.
Personnel very friendly and helpful. Pity the 2 person table is a bit too small to accommodate all the food, but still doable. I recommend the place.

We went on the second night of our holiday to Dubai and had a really tasty meal . They said a table would be about 20 minutes but we were seated within 10 . We were given warm bread and peanuts as we sat down . I ordered a strawberry margarita (it’s alcohol free) which was huge and so nice ! My husband had a coke . I choose fillet steak with garlic prawns and it came with two sides - I chose chips and buttered corn. My husband chose a porterhouse steak (big) with mash and coleslaw. The food was so so tasty I enjoyed every bit of it . The steak was so tender and the prawns dipped in the garlicky sauce they came with was amazing. Coleslaw and chips went perfectly together and the buttered corn was lovely ! For the two drinks and two meals and a tip the bill came to £101 . We enjoyed so much that we came back two nights later and this time I had the same and my husband had a ribeye steak and a margarita so the bill was £84 . It was busier and we had to wait longer for a table but the food was just as good . We can’t wait to return next time we are in Dubai or the states

I been visiting since opening and have to say it gets from bad to worst. Last experience was really bad. The steaks look more like schnitzel and are dry and tasteless. Salad and starter look awful and taste similar. Potato skins super hard oily, let’s not say anything about the veal bacon on top. As side dish to the so called ribeye I ordered loaded potato which was neither loaded nor acceptable as it was properly cold. Service below average as u see the waiter only when ordering and receiving the food, where they are very fast to bring the check. Definitely my last visit to this place and pls avoid it

This was our first experience of a Texas Roadhouse and hopefully it won’t be our last. As visitors to Dubai we chanced on this and the servers went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Our steak was cooked to perfection and the portion sizes were generous. We look forward to visiting again.

Had dinner here while shopping
Although the food was tasty, the steak tender- it was quite a loud chaotic atmosphere.
The service personnel jabbering so loudly in a mixture of languages that it was difficult to even have a conversation at the table,
If possible ask for a table away from
The kitchen and drinks stand.
Caesar salad was very good.

We visited for lunch and the outdoor seating has a good view of Burj Khalifa. Our server gave great suggestions on what to order - the quality of the steak and side dishes was excellent. The complimentary bread rolls are served warm and the Caesar salad was good. If you want to have a reasonably priced high quality steak with a Burj Khalifa view, this is a great option!

Texas Roadhouse is known for its amazing stakes and various sides.
I’ve visited the one in the Dubai Mall with friends for dinner, it was quiet crowded due to the weekend but were given a table after about 20 mins.
The place is well designed, although I wish the table arrangement would change a bit; it kind off gets a bit difficult to drag myself inside.
The food is good, but I hope they would actually get me a medium rare stake instead of almost being well done.
Otherwise, the place is good for meat lovers

We visited this restaurant on a recent stopover in Dubai; it was close to our hotel. The menu was interesting and We munched our way through a bucket of delicious roasted peanuts in shells whilst choosing our meal. I had to try the fried pickles because I’d never seen them before. The portion was huge; the pickles were “moreish”: I couldn’t stop! My husbands onion petal were good but not such a generous serving. Then the steak arrived with my side selection of fries and salad . . . I was already rather full but the steak was so good: I did my best! Fortunately there was a diversion when a particular country line dance track was played and all the staff jumped up (I counted 28!) and line danced around the restaurant: it was great! Coyote Ugly Dubai style! Great fun. I didn’t do my excellent steak justice but I would say we had a very good meal. Plus we were given a bag of the peanuts to tame away! A very nice touch. The only thing that was slightly disappointing (and I do realise I was in Dubai so this is not a complaint) was not being able to get a beer.

We visited Texas Roadhouse after struggling to find something gluten free for my celiac kids.The manager informed us as we walked in the GF was no problem and he would see to us personally.
Some of the tastiest food we have eaten this week in Dubai with caring and attentive staff and hats off to the manager of the restaurant!
the girls have a steak and jacket potato on the lunch menu and I had the ribs which just fell off the bone! A great meal.

Ate here tonight and was very excited for the steaks. Unfortunately we were left very disappointed! The steaks were very tough particularly the 16oz ribeye which we could only eat half of as it was so tough.
The staff seemed very unorganised telling us and other people that it was full, it was a long wait etc then changing their minds and letting people in.
Rishi tried really hard to make things right for us and the wings were nice. Other than that it wasn't great!

This restaurant is extremely wanted and busy! Book a table if you want to visit. We had to wait for 30 minutes for a table but people behind us waited for + 1 hour.
You should not order appertisers as the steaks include 2 sides. The sides are massive, as are the steaks. The food comes quickly! They also offer free refills fot drinks without even asking! What a place! Absolutely best in town.
Staff was extremely friendly too!

Always coming back here! From the very accommodating and nice staff. When there’s no seat you can roam around the mall first and they’ll notify you when to come back
They give peanuts & bread which I completely love. Variety of menu and all of them are quality 👌🏻 Ribs are amazing and almost forgot to take a photo of the chicken 🤣 because it was good!!
What I only didn’t like and first time to experience out of all my visit here was there was one time I asked for take away and one staff literally gave me a Tupperware & paperbag, basically do it myself takeaway. Supposed to be 5 star but I really judge staff service
