The Best Lamb Chops Ever!!!

Can't even remember how many times I've visited this restaurant, but the lamb chops are the most delicious I've ever tasted.

This was our second visit to the Amala after having had a wonderful meal when we last visited a couple of years ago. The hotel as part of the Jumeirah Group is typically Jumeirah and very opulent. The restaurant is lovely with a stunning interior and extremely attentive staff and the tasting menu offers very good value - you can... More

We had a fabulous meal here. The food was delicious and the staff excellent. We were looked after by Prajeesh who couldn't have been more helpful, my husband has a nut allergy and Prajeesh knew what dishes were safe to eat. We would definitely return.

Had a thali lunch at Amala and the food was good. The restaurant has a wonderful ambience, especially their outdoor seating with a view of the Atlantis in the distance. Great if you want to enjoy a leisurely Indian lunch in a beautiful setting.

We opted for the tasting menu which was excellent value for money and so much choice! You will feel almost full after the selection of starters (The scallops were to die for) but the main portion sizes are perfect. Our waiter (who's name I forgot to take) was so very helpful and attentive. Great with advice and recommendations. The setting... More

Few years back we celebrated one of our wedding anniversaries in the magnificent Zabeel Saray. We spent the amazing dinner night in the beautiful ambiance of Amala. If anyone has ever seen those Verandas in olden days , while sitting outside in the terrace of Amala, it reminded me of the same. With a calm and peaceful atmosphere they have... More

We love food, in various cuisines, but Indian has to be a favourite. The tasting menu at this place will not fail to disappoint, it gives you the opportunity to sample a variety of courses at what I feel is good value for money. We will be back

if I was in the market and got to Indian resturant and got this taste , I will be OK, but to be at a supposedly luxury hotel, it is not to the quality to look for. the quality of ingredients, particularly the meat and chicken is definitely poor. I have a standard for high end Indian restaurants, like Maharaja... More
