The restaurant has an outside terrace with views over the bay back to the Dubai beachfront. At night, this is a fantastic view which elevates the restaurant experience. Apart from the Mushroom Tacos (which were brilliant), the portion size, value for money and quality of...the food was all OK, but not special so I would not rush back.More

Mediocre dishes…as well as waiting for it for 1 hour… Diarrhea is the synonym of the food they offered, not very tasty and very strange mixes.

We had dinner here several days ago which was nice and wanted to try the breakfast about which we'd heard such good things. The food was tasty but we found the breakfast portions small and insubstantial for the Eggs Benedict, and had to order a...second dish. One of which was the mushroom omelette with egg which was very thin and more like a crepe. The mushrooms were tasty though. My breakfast, the Leen's Breakfast, was tasty and included eggs, fruit, yogurt with granola, bread, a cupcake and 2 drinks. It was better value for money (104 dhs) although the omelette was very plain, tasteless, and I felt I had to order more veg - mushrooms (32 dhs!) and spinach (18 dhs) as the half tomato was insufficient vegetables. If you enjoy a good mug of coffee then please order an Americano, as the cafe latte comes in a little teacup! As does the hot chocolate! The coffee/hot chocolate was nice but all wrong served in a little cup. I think what was disappointing was the inflexibility of the chef to cater for different tastes e.g. I wanted to order the Mediterranean Breakfast but substitute the smoked salmon for mushrooms and kale, however I was told it was not possible! That said this is a good restaurant for vegans, those with a gluten intolerance and those wanting a healthy breakfast.More

Been a regular at this restaurant for many years and I have to say It was such a disappointment to have ordered their mini tiny ridiculously sized burger. What an insult to customers. Never going back there again.More

Lovely place, a bit more touristic than its sibling at the Emirates towers. It has a great view of the sea and beach area. On the new Blue Water Island which is a fascinating feat of engineering. The food is lovely, The service is good,...it’s trying to establish its own vs it’s two Dubai siblings. Charming and effective owner.More

Excellent lunch here, an extensive menu and beautiful casual setting overlooking the water. Difficult to choose what to have, many options. I had a delicious chicken salad, and prices were not bad. Would definitely return.

Having visited Leen’s at another branch we were looking forward to another visit to the this location under Ain Dubai. We were seated quickly and our order of two coffees taken as we were handed the menus. Our coffees arrived - our server for our...food order did not - after waiting 20 minutes and 35 minutes after arriving I went to fetch the server to take our order. I ordered the Mediterranean breakfast and my husband the Eggs Benedict - a few moments later there was an issue with my husbands order and he was asked if they could substitute a bagel for his toast (or at least this is what we understood). After another 15 minutes my food arrived - my husbands did not. After waiting for another 5 minutes I asked about my husbands food, the server checked and said it would be five more minutes. When it did come out he was served a smoked salmon bagel and fries - when we returned this confused as to the lack of Eggs Benedict the server returned visibly frustrated with us. He believed he had told us this was what my husband had ordered - we explained we had misunderstood and again asked about the Eggs Benedict. The server did not answer our question, repeating that this what my husband ordered. My husband (who has a dislike of smoked salmon anyway) was so frustrated at this point he declined the substitute as we were now ready to leave, the server then chastised is for wasting food at the table in front of other customers. He departed and I finished my food (which was delicious!). Not wanting further attention to be drawn to us, I proceeded to the server station to pay our bill, whilst my husband made a quick exit - suitably embarrassed by our server. However even at the server station the server continued to reprimand me for wasting food, with three people behind me in the queue to hear. We were both left frustrated and embarrassed by the situation and were relieved to have left. This is such an absolute shame, because the food, and the food and service at another location was exceptional. Had it been made clear to us what the issue was - that presumably they had run out of Eggs Benedict, my husband would have readily ordered something else he’s enjoyed before like the Steak and Eggs with chimchurri, had the server simply acknowledged that there was a mix up, and not assigned blame or chastised us to the point of embarrassment, I would have happily ordered dessert whilst we waited for something else to be cooked. This is a wonderful location, and Leen’s can be relied upon for top quality food - unfortunately the service today was appalling - leaving us giving this venue a wide berth in future. I would recommend trying their location in Emirates Towers for great service and a spectacular view of the Museum of the Future.More

Brilliant service, great vibe and yummy food. Our steak was well done instead of medium and they brought us a desert on the house with no fuss. Definitely better than un dimanche à paris (terrible customer service and average food). View is awesome too!

As a person that just turned vegan, I thought it would be hard for me to find vegan options in Dubai. If you are vegan too, look no further as this place has so many vegan options from vegan breakfasts (Chickpea omelettes are to die...for) to vegan poke bowls and even vegan desserts (Acai bowls and avocado mousse!)! I've had the pleasure to enjoy many meals here and in the other branch in Jumeirah , food and service quality is excellent in both. I visited with my non vegan friends as well and they loved the food, especially the black cod and sushi. For anyone interested in having a great meal in a very relaxed and casual setting (Blue Waters has amazing views as well) you should visit this gem. Thank you to all the staff and chefs at LEEN'S! :)More
