I came to Kinara initially upon realising that the menu was created by the Michelin-starred chef Vikas Khanna. I was left truly spellbound by the food. i found the dishes extremely creative and very appelaing to the pallate after all a Michelin-starred chef had designed the menu. I was attended to by multiple servers but all of them were unparalleled in service. they knew each and every dish on the menu at the back of their hand and we ordered everything based on their recommendations. I wasnt disappointed a bit when it came to the starters and mains. The tandoori prawns with coconut, the saatpora and the khatta meetha paneer were delicious. the tawa fish with mustard caviar was quite creative and unique along with the achari mutton. I must commend the amazing dal makhani, it was the best i had eaten at any indian restaurant . It had the perfect balance of creaminess and spice. I was only disappointed by the puran poli which i had ordered as a sweet dish but it turned out to be salty. It was quite disappointing as i come from a maharashtran background and puran poli is sweet. Upon realising this the servers were extremely apologetic and requested that we take one more puran poli. this just shows the level of service shown by these professionals. Inspite of this slight disappointment i will definitely recommend this place and will bring more people along with me over here next time. i wont be doing justice to my visit if i dont mention the friendliness of the servers and their professionalism and i hope this restaurant maintains its standards in the future too. it was worth every mile i drove all the way to jebal ali.

Simply put - this is an amazing restaurant. From the minute you walk through the door you're made to feel like a truly special guest. Sukesh and his team are incredible passionate about the food and experience that they are trying to deliver here. The food is some of the best Indian food I've ever tasted, and i've been lucky enough to eat at Gymkhana, Cinnamon Club and Chutney Mary's in London. It is that good. We let our host guide us through the dishes which he did with real expertise.

My husband, my son and I had a wonderful dinner tonight at this lovely restaurant. Waiters were amazing so were the dishes; our waiter Shrey knew kitchen very well, was very pleasant with us, well behaved. Atmosphere was so much welcoming! By so far Kinara is the best among other Jebel Ali Resort a la cart options. Thank you guys for such an experience. Mr and Mrs Shvets

One of the best modern Indian meals we’ve eaten in a fantastic modern setting. We had the pleasure of meeting the chef, a young man with absolutely no ego but clearly huge talent.
We ordered two starters, two mains and one side and it was too much. That said we were persuaded to try a dessert by the waiter and it was so amazing we managed to polish that off too!
The restaurant is situated in the JA Lake View Hotel. If you’re not staying at the JA Resort it would still be worth a special visit. As with the whole JA Resort it’s immaculate in every way, polished marble floors you could eat off, flaming bowls and beautiful water features. Very dramatic. A particularly nice touch is the corridor entrance looks into the kitchens so that you can see the cooks and chefs at work as you walk in. We booked again on our way out!

From the moment you walk in, you’re in a wonderful service oriented atmosphere. Vinay has been our server and an incredible recommender of what to have from a Michelin chef’s menu. There’s plenty of complementary amuse bouche which were very tasty. Each item in the menu was to die for and melted in your mouth. The big surprise is to have a Michelin chef’s menu which is actually value for money.

Amazing setting, wonderful food and the service team are phenomenal. They are very knowledgable and passionate about the dishes they serve and give a wonderful explanation of the dish and its accompaniments once placed on the table. Food quality, taste and presentation is out of this world! Cloyd and his team are absolutely fantastic! Outside seating is perfect, even in the winter. Definitely will be back. Recommended to all!

Visited this place last week for a friend’s b’day party. Right from the arrival, seating, food, drinks and service was on point. An amazing evening to spend with loved ones under the moonlight. Thank you Ratnish and Vinay for making it worth the visit!
Highly recommended for personalized Food and Service, they make u feel like home away from home. My favorites are dahi ke kebab, Kaju mutter potli and daal makhni!

Are you hungry? Craving for some Indian dishes? But so not in the mood to eat the same curry and the rice and the roti.
Then you must try Kinara. Your hunger and craving will end here with so much of satisfaction. Modernized dishes will make you fall in love with the Indian cuisine.
Exemplary service provided by the courteous staff of the restaurant.
Ambiance makes you feel cozy, relaxed and lets you enjoy every bite of the food.

This restaurant is a must visit place in Dubai.The location is perfect for a long drive,romantic getaway. We were welcomed by Ms.Koheli,the pretty hostess who also guided us to a table of our choice. We had dahi ke kebab, shakarkandi ki chat, chicken moms, tandoori prawns for the starters.Its so difficult to say which one was better than the other because every dish was very spectacularly delicious. In main course we had chicken berry biryani,kinara roti,garlic naan,sultani daal,chicken ghee roast. I would like to specially thank the entire Chefs team for such a delectable experience. Also, I had one of the most awesome cocktails Samandar, suggested by Mr. Sukesh, the very efficient manager. We were served by Mr.Vinay, a very polite and friendly server, who helped us through the entire menu selection in ordering food.Loved the experience overall, also the taste of their food will surely make me visit soon again. Hands down, a must visit restaurant in Dubai!

I visited this restaurant today, as it was my birthday and I’m so glad I did. The entire team
of Kinara made us feel so special, from
recommending dishes, to making conversations.
The food was delicious and service impeccable.
Definitely recommend the Dahi Ke Kabab, the Lauki ke Kofte, the Kinara roti & top it up with some amazing chai.
The cherry on the top was receiving a personal birthday wish from Chef Vikas himself.
Special thanks to the entire team - Shrey, Abhishek & Sukesh.

Amazing restaurant!!!! Our whole experience was perfect. The restaurant itself is modern, trendy with a great ambience. The food is unbelievably tasty. Our waiter Rohit was exceptional, he was very attentive explaining each dish and nothing was too much trouble for him. Very impressed would thoroughly recommend.

A fantastic Indian cuisine ,with a good collection of recipes, The masala was handmade and perfectly blended with the food.
We ordered a starter, lamb kofta briyani, it all tasted delicious and the meat was well cooked, where our lil one able to eat. Dips choices for the starters are fantastic. I would say, the best restaurant with a great hospitality by Alex, Cloyd and sanjay. Highly recommended to visit..

Kinara is a world class restaurant by the Briliiant Chef Vikas Khanna. The food is lip smackingly delicious (especially the Dahi ke Kabab is a must try!!!).
Everything from the quality of the food to the Ambience of the restaurant is welcoming and I would definitely go there the next time I am back in Dubai.
What really brings everything together is the hospitality. Right off the bat, they made us feel at home and would regularly check up on us even if they were facing a rush of customers.
Vinay was extremely welcoming and walked us through the menu and recommended special dishes that we liked.

We first visited Kinara at the end of January and loved it so much that we returned a week later.
We loved the decor, atmosphere and all the fabulous staff that work so well as a team.
A special thank you to Ratnish who remembered us and helped us choose from the array of choices on the comprehensive menu. We also enjoyed talking to Cloyd who served us & it was great to meet chef Arvind at the end of the meal. All our food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented.
We had told them it was our last night in Dubai & they surprised us with a “Bon voyage “ cake at the end of the meal, a lovely way to end our holiday.
Thank you to everyone and we hope that more people will visit this wonderful restaurant. We will definitely return on our next visit to Dubai.

Got a chance to recently visit this restaurant. What an amazing experience it was wow. The ambience is so romantic and picturesque. Plus the live kitchen makes the whole feeling much more worthwhile. This place totally delivers according to its name "By Vikas Khanna", right from the delectable food, appreciable service, superb cocktails, amazing wine collection. Everything was completely upto the mark. I would like to mention the name of their very talented restaurant manager Mr. Sukesh, who took such special care for all our requests. Also, Mr. Ratnish, who guided us really well through the entire menu and gave us some really good suggestions about the drinks as well as the food options. Would love to visit again really soon. Keep up the superb work!
