We visited Cassette for breakfast and it was such a cute spot to hang out - with indoor & outdoor seating it's perfect all year around.
We ordered the potato hash and big breakfast and both were delicious. The waiters were very attention and there were lots of different options to choose from.
Breakfast is service until 11:30am and the main menu is served thereon. We took the final table when we arrived so it may be a good idea to try and book in advance if you are planning ahead. Luckily this restaurant is located opposite Gym Nation on Al Quoz so we just walk across as and when we want to.
Overall a very cute breakfast or lunch spot in Dubai, that is super popular and serves delicious hearty food.

We literally stumbled across this place about a week ago when we had planned on going somewhere else for breakfast
The atmosphere is relaxed and lovely. Kids can run around in the courtyard and dogs are welcome too.
The food is delicious and the coffees come with fun art on them.
Today we went back because it was so good a week ago.
This will definitely be a place we go back to.
Wish portion size would be bigger for the price they charge.

Cassette is a great breakfast option. There is plenty of indoor seating together with a large undercover outdoor area with the lovely Courtyard in Al Quoz.
We ordered a big breakfast and special of melted Brie, mushroom and beef bacon on croissant. The food was very good, as were the coffees.
Service was slick, the tables well spaced and the bill ok at 170 dirhams.

I have eaten here multiple times and frequently recommend this restaurant (and general Courtyard neighborhood) to friends.
My last visit was very disappointing. I dined with a group of 6 and one member asked to apply a discount offered to Emirates Platinum card holders to the check. The request was declined with the explanation that "people try to take advantage of the discount."
I politely suggested to apply the discount to four of the meals and I would pay full price for the other two. This would ensure that we were not taking advantage of the offer. The request was denied in a blunt manner with no regards for loyalty or customer service.
Why are paying customers who request to utilize a legitimate discount treated like they are doing something wrong? I will not dine here again and will share the experience with others as well.

I surprise myself writing a bad review about the restaurant I really like, but what happened yesterday was awful. First, they messed me about while booking a table for a large group, saying that they might come back with the answer the next morning! (!!!!) i got the reservation only after I insisted - now I really do wish that I didn’t (btw, nobody discussed with me the table arrangements due to Covid restrictions). As a result, we got plastic tables, hastily put together in the worst possible corner in an almost empty restaurant!
I just couldn’t believe it- I thought I was taking my overseas friends to a really nice place, Dubai’s best kept secret, etc etc… the service was so so, the food was so so -my husband’s plate was just about warm and looked like it was sistting on the counter for awhile (it was supposed to be a hot meal), I couldn’t even cut my salmon with a knife. The music was so loud, we couldn’t talk and had to ask them to make it quieter. All indicated that they didn’t really care and wanted us soon out.
I was embarrassed. It was embarrassing.
To cover it all, there was some kind of confusion with ordering the taxis (as sometimes happens with large groups) and they were really funny and unpleasant with me about it.
I haven’t seen my friends in 30 years, it was a huge mistake taking them there. Embarrassed is not even the word to describe my last experience at the Cassette.

In regards to booking, unfortunately, there are strict regulations in place by Dubai Municipality for waiting areas at the moment. Hence, we are trying to accommodate all group bookings whenever we can. We are sorry if you were not comfortable at the table you were first seated at, however, our team did their best to arrange a table inside the restaurant for you.
Please know that we are currently working on the interior acoustics to manage the music effectively, and we thank you for your patience on this.

This is located in The Courtyard in Al Quoz in Dubai, which is an absolutely lovely spot.
We were there for breakfast and ordered breakfast croissant, which was served with egg and smoked salmon, eggs benedict (again with salmon), avocado on toast and breakfast oats with peanut butter and jam.
All of the food was fantastic - fresh and well sized - and served very quickly.
Together with three coffees and a breakfast tea, the bill was AED300.
A great way to start a day in Dubai.

This is a great breakfast spot.
Dogs are welcome in the undercover courtyard and there is also a large indoor area.
The breakfast menu offers a good range of traditional breakfast goods and healthy options.
Between the four of us, we ordered a large breakfast - beef bacon, sausages, mushrooms, eggs of your choice, potatoes, beans, toast - carb free eggs Benedict with avocado and an acai bowl. The food was served very quickly and delicious.
Together with coffees and cold water, the bill was a reasonable 320 dirhams.

Cassette is a coffee sanctuary. They have delicious basic breakfast items, but their coffee stands out more. They also have creative options like the duck with waffles, pain perdu, buckwheat pancakes and sweet potato hash. I loved my flat white, made with beans from Seven Fortunes. The Açaí Power Bowl and Avocado Smash were decent as well. There’s parking spots in front and also ample paid parking around back near Alserkal Avenue.

The never ending flow of customers tells its own story.
This is an excellent place to eat in the lovely Courtyard in Al Quoz.
We were there for breakfast and ordered truffle potatoes, green omlette, açai bowl and gluten free pancakes. All of the dishes were generally sized and delicious.
We had two drinks each - coffees and fruit juices - and the bill was a very reasonable 400 dirhams between the four of us.
Service was very good.

Dubai is known for its picturesque locations and the courtyard at al qouz is definitely one among the many.There are number of galleries and cafes at the courtyard.
Cassette cafe/Bistro is a must visit here.Passion for great food,music,art and design inspired the team to open up this lovely cafe at this beautiful location.We were at cassette last week for a late lunch and were stunned with the food and ambience.
Their menu features an array of modern french dishes.We opted to sample some of the best selling dishes on their recommendation.Portions are generous and food is cooked with fresh and high quality ingredients.
We had the chicken avocado salad as starter.Butter chilli prawns and pan seared chicken for mains.We had to try their french beef dip sandwich as well. Salad was fresh and nice.Mains were mind blowing.Especially their butter chilli prawns and french beef dip sandwich.We highly recommend it.For dessert,we opted to try the sticky toffee pudding and was really impressed with our choice.
Drinks wise cassette offers coffee (hot & cold,brewed teas,iced teas,mocktails,milkshakes,smoothies and more.We had pomme vanille (refreshing mocktail) and nut n easy (rich and creamy milkshake).
We had a lovely lunch at their garden and were totally impressed with the food,service and ambience.

This is an excellent spot in the lovely courtyard development in Al Quoz.
We were there for breakfast and ordered avocado on toast and the big breakfast. The breakfast lived up to its name - a huge plate filled with very good beef bacon, chicken sausage, potatoes, mushrooms, eggs, beans, toast and tomato. As with the avocado, everything was delicious and the food served very quickly despite the place being very busy.
Together with coffee, the bill came to around 160 dirhams, which was reasonable.

Best restaurant in the neighbourhood.
The atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant. The food is very good, specially recommend the fish (salmon, sea bass) and burger. I tried the chocolate mousse, it’s a great treat. :-)
On top of that, service is friendly and dishes presentation is original.

The food here is awesome, I love the menu including the vegan options, however I was extremely disappointed to see so many of the staff (including what seemed to be the owners) wearing their masks around their chins. They are not taking the COVID precautions seriously enough.
One waiter removed his mask to sneeze and didn’t wash his hands immediately afterwards.

We wanted to try the hollandaise sauce and we were disappointed. The coffee tasted burnt as well. The staff is kind and the interior is great, the location is perfect but the eggs benedict is awful. The sause is the soul of it and it tastes like mayonnaise.

Location easy to find. Wasn’t busy when we arrived but got busy. Breakfast menu selection was varied, hubby had big breakfast - chicken sausages were watery but everything else was yum. Food came out super quick. Coffee & tea was good. Service was to be expected when place was busy, but friendly service. Pricing was slightly on the high side. Must visit the guitar store within the Courtyard. Worth a visit.
