Calling all ladies on a thursday night! For 195aed (£41~) we had a 3 course meal and bottomless Bellini’s (bottomless drinks on this offer only apply to Bellini cocktails) also a 295aed offer was available that came with oysters and a greater selection of drinks. The food was absolutely brilliant and the service was fantastic. The view from the 44th floor of the Hilton is gorgeous too with a full view of the Burj Khalifa and surrounding city area as we ate. The only small recommendation I would make is quieter/more dining appropriate music and also hydrate yourself of Bellini’s as water is 29aed (£6 a bottle!) Apart from that - absolutely fantastic and would recommend to anyone in the Habtoor City area that is looking for a nice evening out.

I had dinner with my girlfriend at Babiole to celebrate her birthday. The experience was positive overall, but far from memorable.
The menu is creative and offers an array of different dishes inspired from Southern European cuisine. Everything we ordered was good and the portions were fair. The atmosphere is also worth mentioning, as those dining outside can enjoy a panoramic view of the city’s skyline.
However, I cannot give more than four stars because the service was only satisfactory (not particularly friendly) and the staff did absolutely nothing to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday despite the fact that I made the occasion clear to them at the time of making the reservation. In my opinion, these details make a difference.

Amazing place to have a great evening, food are perfectly delicious, my god for the starter we had oyster and the pizza truffle that was melting and the salmon tartar was delicate, my main course was mussels and french fries that I really enjoy it until the end, sélection of desserts for the final touch. I would like to thank Mr. Bek our waiter that really was wonderful, giving us a best service and keeping checking our drinks all night with best recommendations all his advises were perfectly matching my foods, and thank to the manager to come and visit us after we finish our dinner to ask how we enjoy. I just can say most of the places in dubai when it comes to ladies nights, they don't look after us and don't even check if we are happy and satisfied. But in Babiole they really care of the customers doesn't matter if it ladies nights or dinner a la carte, they trait all customers same. Keep it up and really Bravo guys for the wonderful experience. Bek you an amazing waiter and wish you to continue as you did for us.😇😇😇

Arrived after seeing la pearl show next door. Service was terrible, restaurant seemed understaffed. Although I reserved my meal with the show, they said as I didnt book direct a reservation had not been made, so I was placed in the lounge area. Low seats and not comfortable for eating.
Paid extra for black cod, received salmon, asked for a glass of white white, it was a £25 glass of wine that they brought!!!
Didnt stay to finish food, went back to hotel and got a takeaway, much better experience.

Such an unpleasant experience before the show at La Perle! Food arrived cold and was very average! The truffle chicken tasted artificial and all the other dishes were too cooked. We asked to be seated on the terrace which was empty and they refused saying that it was booked but then they told us it was not possible to book on the terrace. So confusing! So we had to sit in their so "sad" dining room.

We went on a friend's night out to the ladies night of Babiole. Unfortunately I have to say this was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I do work in customer service myself and I have to mention that I am usually never someone who reports anyone but what we experienced at Babiole was just too much. Starting with the waiter Jamal who had to be reminded several times about our order before he even brought it. We clearly informed him we are going for the 195 AED package. There are two different offers one for 195 and the other for 245 AED. We ordered our food from the 195 menu and we're clearly informed that the oy difference to the 245 package is the oysters that come with it. Jamal never informed us about us about the fact that rose wine was not included in the 195 AED package. He kept pouring (even without wearing his face mask correctly) every now and then and was later seen at a neighbour table drinking alcohol with the guests. I believe it is not in Hilton's interest to have staff serving guests without face masks and drinking alcohol. But apart from all that after we asked for the bill at least 4 times we finally got charged 245 each, which was the other package that we never ordered from or asked for. So our natural reaction was to ask them for correction and suddenly we were presented the most rude person of the venue, manager Robin. He talked to us in a really rude manner, clearly not understanding the definition of customer service. When we explained the situation he promptly said that his staff never makes mistakes and that his security guys escort us out. Trying to solve a situation that has been caused by the staff and clearly Robin did not take responsibility for it, he talked back at us in a very rude and racist manner. I strongly believe it is not in Hilton's interest to keep employees like that especially in contact with customers. He pointed fingers at us and constantly interrupted us in everything we addressed. Being the manager of this venue he should know how to handle customer service and how to listen and find a solution. Unfortunately we had the worst experience in this place and hope future guests will be aware of the poor service they will receive.

I decided to go to brunch here after reading some very positive reviews. Unfortunately, after the very worst brunch that I've had in Dubai, I noticed that the reviews were a couple of years old. I suppose that, since the time those reviews were written, either the restaurant has struggled and so cannot offer the same quality, or to the contrary has decided to cut back on the quality (and so is now struggling!).
I had read that there was a huge variety of dishes served, the highlight of which was grilled salmon and stuffed lambchops. The reality now is that you are limited to choosing one starter and one main course. They were all edible, but nothing special, and the main selection was limited to either a rice dish or pasta (i.e. the cheapest food you can serve). No meat selection was available.
The drink selection was similarly limited to white or red wine, one kind of beer, and spirits. No cocktails were offered (unless you chose the premium package, where you can get an Aperol Spritz and prosecco, which didn't seem worth it).
The real insult, however, was desert. What was brought were a few bite sized portions of cheesecake and a chocolate ganache. And I literally mean bite sized (as in you could pop each one in your mouth). There weren't even enough so that everyone could try them, so we had to split them into half bites to share!!
And to rub salt in the wound, two of us ordered double espressos, for which they charged us 42 dirhams each (that's right, each!). And they charged us for three (they did refund the money for the third).
In a city with brunches that are absolutely phenomenal for their selection and quality, this was just an absolute shock, and by far the biggest disappointment I have ever had in a restaurant in Dubai. They should be ashamed, and if they cannot, or choose not to offer a decent brunch, they just shouldn't have them at all.

Quite horrible service by a few, or rather one server, who sighed and rolled his eyes every time anything normal was asked for, especially when the restaurant was empty with only 3 tables which included ours too. Water is to be paid for unless it’s served as a ‘mixer’ and they do not have any options for kids. So if you do have kids who’d like to join in for your brunches, pay the same you’d pay for an adult. And the one who was serving us even had the audacity to ask a tip for the whole 3 hours of horrible service. The city has a lot of fun brunches and this certainly can be skipped.

We celebrated a friend's birthday here, and were a group of 6 people (3 couples). We took the ladies night package for the ladies @195AED. Good value, food was excellent. Terrace is lovely and offers great views. But that's where it ends.
The restaurant felt very unwelcoming, and the staff pretty much neglected us all evening. Even as we entered, the receptionist kept talking on the phone and did not acknowledge us for atleast 5 mins. We tried to tell her that our group was already in, but she was not interested. We later found out that the rest of our group had the same experience with her. They also failed to inform us that the package ceases at midnight and any beverage after that would be charged. We asked to move tables as we were seated right under the speakers and the music was blaring, but were told it is all booked. However, through out our time there, none of the other tables were occupied. We called for the manager, but he only turned up after an hour, by which time, we were on our way out! Overall, the experience left a very bad taste and we won't be going back there again!

We are so disappointed with our dining experience at Babiole this Saturday.. Even though the view is stunning and probably one of the best in Dubai, the dining went from good to bad to worse.
The drinks and appetizers : gin & tonic (though overpriced) and mussels were delicious. The main course (suggested on your festive menu) : duck breast, was an absolute disaster, the overcooking of duck rendering it as hard as leather and , needless to say, uneatable. Duck should be ‘pink’. This duck had obviously been cooked and re-cooked. When we called the manager Lobbin, he did not apologize, just said that this was the way the Arabic population liked the meat. Really ?The waiter took our dishes, never to be seen again, and without asking us if we’d like another dish. After 10 minutes, the manager reappeared and asked if we wanted another dish. We chose the lamb cutlets.
To make matters worse, the seafood pasta - on the menu WITH lobster - came WITHOUT lobster. First, the same manager said without hesitation that this dish did not come with lobster. We then asked for the printed menu and sure enough, the lobster was mentioned. He then said that this was a printing error. Is this guy for real?
We were then given the option to a new dish with some lobster.
When we were given the bill, the manager had not even had the curtisy to come and apologize and offer us a glass of wine or coffee. For the money we paid we could have had 4 Omakase dinners at Coya and a lovely experience.
Clearly this manager on duty yesterday was not performing at expected level for such a restaurant. He must be the most unprofessional and rude manager we have ever met in a restaurant. Luckily our waiter Sulaiman was there and was very professional.
We wanted to treat some very good friends to an exceptional dinner , and it turned into an exceptionally bad experience.
We had come to Babiole before, my husband had even organized a Xmas party there. So we were really excited to be back. So disappointing!

We had post show dinner at Babiole as part of a package we went for at La Perle.
The terrace is stunning on 44th floor offering a great view at night on Dubai lights.
I was not impressed by the food which is kind of Mediterranean.
Quinoa salad was amazingly sweet, paella a bit dry and the rest just ok.
I understand this is a set menu but the quality of food does not plead for coming back to try more expensive options.
If you want to feed yourself for cheap after the show this is fine. If looking for a culinary experience I will not recommend it.
Service was fine, even if the drinks arrived after the starters and we had to ask for napkins they forgot to put on table initially.

We had two tables booked 6 on each arrived 12.30 got first drink 1.15 starter arrived 2.pm package offered was regular wine and spirits beee not included premium package included beer ….. Budweiser !!
3 went premium 1 regular and two no alcohol . I ordered wine got served a beer which I request to be taken away wine arrived 10 minutes later .
Main course arrived 45 minutes later . 2 skewers of beef with 4 pieces grilled veggies and side dishes . Desert arrived another 45 minutes later .
Bill requested never came just our waiter giving us the card machine to pay . All paid but realised all charged for premium , pointed this out to be told we didn’t make clear our choices , well saying 3 premium 1 regular and 2 no alcohol is not clear enough . Refused to deal with it . Found the manager who had not been seen all brunch long perhaps because there were only 4 tables occupied in the restaurant . He said it was a simple misunderstanding by the staff not knowing the packages … even when questioned 3 times by us . He asked me what we wanted him to do , politely said you decide but we need refund for in the incorrect packages charged . Returned later and gave the cash refund for the packages. Could not understand our comments about the service . Not one word of an apology . Has been recommended the restaurant by regulars visitors who were in our party and to say they were disappointed .
When staff deliberately charge the higher price and then want to argue about it smells of a rip off .
To sum up food average drinks service slow and incorrect bill means we will not be back .

Amazing view from the terrasse but food very horrible and not tasted. They are offering a set menu part of La perle show. From the started up to the dessert food were horrible and not tasted. I took the fish risotto which was completely dry and no tasted. my wife took Wild mush room Gnoochi which they were hard and white cream was not liquid at all. Or daughter too aa mag héritas pizza at AED75 that she eat only one part because tomate sauce had a strange taste and too much cheese!!!! Event the dessert were not good. it is only a nice place for a drink due by the view but not fo food

The restaurant was virtually empty (7-8pm on a Tuesday evening), and so there was no real atmosphere or ambience. Despite being the only guests, it took a long time for us to be attended to. We were seated outside in an enclosed terrace. Shortly afterwards, a large group of people joined for a presentation and there was heavy smoking in an area where diners were seated. We asked to be moved, and the waiter helped us with this. However, the doors to the terrace were left open and so no matter where we were sat in the restaurant, there was a smell of smoke while we tried to eat. We mentioned this to the waiter and he said that they could not close the doors.
The large group was clearly a priority for the restaurant and so we were left as an afterthought, with slow, terse service. The food itself was ok (we had the Lamb Shank and Chicken Truffle), but only ok, and certainly wasn't worth the price that we paid. The lamb shank was overcooked, and too dry, and the portion of chicken was miniscule. The cocktails were very good, but at 90aed a pop, you wouldn't expect any less.
The view and the decor are nice, but this was just window dressing to what was an otherwise disappointing experience.

Had dinner with friends and took the ladies night package which is a 3 meal course. (250 aed for ladies and 350 for gents) I got the main course but never had the appetizer. They brought the dessert and they expected us to eat without plates and cutlery? This place is not worth a penny. Oooops, did I mention that wine was bad too? Ala carte is not even an option as they want us to spend minimum of 250 for ladies and 350 for gents…it’s crazy! Waiters were not apologetic at all same as the manager. (No wonder) NEVER AGAIN!
