Came here for the first time for dinner last night. We both had cheeseburgers and thought the quality of the burgers was very good and fries also delicious. We ordered the burgers medium and felt they were a little under done, but still good. Service was a little lacking and focused too much on trying to up sell things to us - we hadn’t been in the restaurant for more than a few minutes when a waiter tried to sell us an £80 platter for 2 of us!!

The best restaurant for a steak lover ❤️ Had an amazing experience with my sister! Food is delicious. WE ENJOYED IT!!!! Foods are worth the price ☺️
Shout out to Mr. Lama who was there assisting us from ordering foods till the end, he always checks on us. We felt very special. The restaurant is very clean and practices social distancing.
I Will surely be back.

Located at the heart of the mall. If you are looking for heavy grill meat and seafood then you must not miss this place. Ask for mixed grill platter, where you will get little bit of everything from lamb to shrimps, lemon butter sauce and peppercorn sauce with glass of red or white wine. Thanks for Mr. Lama for looking after us that day. Nice recommendation. We enjoyed it.

I would highly recommend this restaurant! My waiter Lama was very helpful and made fantastic recommendations based on what I like.
I ordered the 300g fillet with a peppercorn sauce - done to perfection and although I was full, could have quite happily ordered another to go. The passion fruit, ginger and mint was fresh, delicious and very well presented.
To top it off, the restaurant is ideally situated overlooking the ice rink giving you a little something different to gaze over whilst enjoying the dinning experience.
It’s a 5/5 stars from me! I’ll be back soon, keep up the amazing experience :)

The food was good and the price is reasonable. The service was great the waiter Lama did mention all the specials of the day and what kind of meat and fish will be good.
Only concern the fries and mash potatoes were little below the required temperature. Taste was nice it would have been amazing of the temperature was right. Sauces were great service was up to standards.
Will be visiting soon and recommending it to others as well.

Amazing dining spot in dubai mall. From the first step you enter the restaurant, you feel warmly welcomed with friendly hostess. It was my first visit, but I had a feeling of being home, where you treated like a family, with courage and love. All waiters are amazing, helpful and with a genuine smile on their faces, even though they have tough job to do through the day. Delicious cheeseburger with juicy meat, super refreshing mojito( credits go to Barman Mr. Edu) are absolutely must have in this restaurant. And super cute and lovely Niki, thank you. You guys make this place the way how it is. Thank you so much for making regular dinner to unforgettable dining experience. You ROCK!
P.S. their desert is absolute perfection that for sure will melt your soul and sweeten you heart.

We enjoyed a lovely lunch with a nicely cooked NZ rump steak 200g medium done and she got the double cheese burger, medium well done. Both cooked well and the sides were nice. My plate had a few salad bits probably for decoration. The meal was filling and the value for money was alright. I'd repeat the experience to be honest.

Best steak ever and the most delicious mashed potatoes I have ever taste. Also the service is perfect and the staff are very friendly and very helpful specially my good friend “Lama”. This restaurant is highly recommended as his price also is affordable and worthy for the food and service quality.

We were in Dubai in feb/march 2020. We came across Grill shack by chance the first days and the food was so delicous, the ambience very good and the staff so kind that we ended up earing here 3 times in one week. We were especially impressed by juliet and alex. The manager welcomed us in all three times and gave us a warm greeting at the entrance. We will definitely return and recommend families with kids to visit this place!

We came here bec we saw many good reviews about the restaurant and the great pictures of food.
We ordered one sirloin 300 g, and the quality of the steak was bad (chewy to the point that cannot be swallowed) and the steak was undercooked by far. it was replaced by a burger.
overall the place is nice, and service is good. but cooking

Located above ice hucky in Dubai Mall. Sometimes crowded.
Food:
I ordered double burger. It was the first time, someone could cook the burger as much as it really meant MEDIUM. Very tasty! I can say the best burger I ate in my life (with no exaggration). However, the prices were too much for a burger but I can compromise the taste and quality to the price (almost 20€ for just the burger).
Staff:
Very friendly and polite. We were tended first time by a lady which I forgot her name and the second time by Alexander who was from Kenya. Cleaned the table carefully and santsized it well. Ver, positive person and had a big smile while talking to us. I enjoyed the behavior of all single individuals there.
Cleanness:
I would say very clean! Every table was santsized before tending the next guest. Even the sauce bottles were changed! I cannot lay any complains.

We were the winners of their Eid give away and visited them this week. We had given the choice to select any two appetizers, main course, drinks and desserts. We were serviced by Mr. Q and Ms Jen; they were on super mode & got all our orders, drinks etc. real quick. It's truly a delight to see someone take on a challenge & do it WELL!!!
We loved the atmosphere. Very intimate setting. The food choice was fantastic. We ordered Cheetos chicken tenders and salt & pepper calamari for appetizers; USA Rib eye and chicken pasta for main course; Chocolate cookie shake and passion fruit mojito for drink and finally Chocolate brownie sneakers for desserts. We enjoyed every bit and bite. They know how to treat meat, with their meat selection you are guaranteed a top quality meal. You also have a great management team at this location. One of the managers, Mr. Qasim came to the table and ensured that we are comfortable and we are serviced properly
Very much happy with the service and food. We will definitely go back

This is by far the best steakhouse that I have been in Dubai, considering the price, serving size, taste, and service. We ordered the Farmhouse grill for two persons, but we were shocked that the serving was too big! Enough to feed 4 people. The grilled ribs were so soft that it melts in your mouth along with the savory sauce. I am not a fan of sausages, but I really like the taste and texture of what they served in this meal. As a mashed potato lover, I added it as a side dish, and aside from the buttery taste, I loved the nice little pan that comes with it. We were served by Reggie, who assisted us in ordering and suggested the best choices. Kudos!

The ambiance was just friendly, and the staff were very helpful and showed you how to enjoy delicious grilled food. They follow the social distancing protocol and they always wear masks. Special mention to Abbey who smiles everytime and was soooo helpful!
