This excellent restaurant is a must. We visited twice and both times received excellent service, in a relaxing atmosphere. The food ranges from Laos classics to The owner is a lovely gentleman from Lucern who does come and talk to his customers. This restaurant is a must for food lovers. Oh and there is also a very sweet cat.

We had our last dinner in Luang Prabang at the blue lagoon restaurant, it is owned by a Swiss and has a Laotian chef, the service is premium and the meals espectacular! They even have the local dishes, definitely our favourite in Luang Prabang. The desserts were unique, some of the best we've tried before, not expected for Laos!

During our 7 day stay in Luang Prabang, we ate here twice. The atmosphere and location were great. The food and service were fantastic. The food is very Swiss inspired and they have a great wine list. I would go back here again and again.

We arrived off the late afternoon flight and after checking into our hotel and some walking to the night market, dinner was something we looked forward to. The restaurant is a short walk away from the market and is a lovely haven with both indoor and outdoor sitting. They have a decent wine list and good service. The extensive menu... More

Somewhat costly (moderately), however fortunately had aerating and cooling and the sustenance was tasty. Extremely helpful area and was a pleasant stop subsequent to going up Mount Phousi. Recommended!

Food was lovely, very rich and tasty, and although i have eaten better food in Laos taste wise, the quality of ingredients was great. The staff were very good, attentive and polite, and plenty of choice on the menu. Definately... More

The food was really delicious at this restaurant and the prices were very reasonable for such a luxurious experience. They offer both Swiss and Lao cuisine. The service was five star, with numerous waiters attending to you despite the restaurant being rather busy. The Blue Lagoon is accessed via a brick lane and set under coconut trees and next to...
