Saw this place on Tripadvisor. It is lovely, overlooks the Mekong so you can sit either inside, by the edge on the quiet road or across the road overlooking the river. Lots of delicious cakes.

Had a lovely breakfast of the gingerbread pancakes (seriously delicious!!!! I didn’t have banana but it usually comes with them) and breakfast burrito. Sat watching the river traffic and the world go by. Lovey coffee, excellent service. Will go back.
