Customer service is ugly. They literally started beating a lady customer in Clifton Branch. The lady owner looked like Gullu Butt. A horrible experience to watch as it happened in front of my family. They also check mobile phones of people from cameras. Unsafe for...families, credit cards and mobiles..Their coffee is average and sweets are good. Chilled drinks are more ice than the actual drink as if you paid for the ice only.More

I was super impressed by the quality of the environment, coffee & food. We came here early in the morning, the staff were super helpful. This place had the best coffee we tasted in Pakistan by far it’s is more of a European style of...cafe in terms of quality of service & coffee. They also give foreigners a free coffee that was a nice touch.More

I visited the branch near maskan yesterday. We were greeted warm heartedly. Place is small but much clean . If you carry your own cup they waive 10% on take aways. Least plastic waste there was. Though menu isn't vast but chicken toasties were delicious....Free water available and free wifi. Also if wifi doesn't work for 30 min theh table goes free for all . Special discounts for students/ elderly/ tourists. Work station was also great . They're importing their coffee from apme coffee plantations in brazil - not using any commercial brands . Do visit.More

Attended a reunion here the proprietor being one of our colleagues..this place is fresh not like the overly done up places you are generally accustomed to..and it gives you a feeling of lightness..very calming.. I am not a coffee drinker so had gone for tea...instead..this is a self service cafe..the tea was frothy..one that I guess takes time to like..for me I can understand frothy coffee but not frothy tea..did not get the flavour of tea at all..very bland..tea should be served traditionally..More
