The service was excellent, the staff was welcoming and respectful. Ambiance was also upto the mark.
Just one suggestion is to serve the sauce separately. I ordered the Italian platter, which contained fish and beef steaks as well. Meat was nicely cooked and tasted well but was served with poured on sauce. The chicken steak,rice and sauce was served all together which was a bit turn off. If the sauce had been served separately and I got the choice to add sauce according to my taste, I would have reviewed the food excellent instead of good.

It was my husband birthday and Mr. Ali Zafar and his staff made it even more special with wonderful birthday decor and scrumptious food. Complimentary cake slice made it even more special, Special thanks to Mr. Ali Zafar for this and I highly recommend others to visit and experience best hospitslity. Thank you ❤

I had an amazing experience at Monal The food was absolutely delicious – every dish was full of flavor and perfectly prepared. What really stood out, though, was the incredible service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience feel so special. I’ll definitely be coming back soon and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and outstanding service!

It was amazing. From food to staff and hygiene. Everything was best. I would like to mention the special appreciation for manager Ali Zafar as he is the only man who maintains the standards of top notch customer service with exceptional food quality. We found the ambience good but very poor service. The staff who was taking an order was extremely rude and seem to be demotivated to serve. He didn't recommended anything in fact eye contact was not in place.
In the end, he did not mentioned that discount is available on HMB bank card and we paid full by another bank card.
Very poor customer service. Extremely disappointed.

Monal has 2 dining options located on top of a rooftop with a view of a busy road and loud traffic, the ambience doesn't satisfy. The afternoon tea is generally better value for money although we went with the a la carte. For a high end restaurant I wouldn't go back too soon

Monal Lahore is a culinary delight The restaurant's elegant ambiance and stunning views of the city skyline set the tone for a fantastic dining experience. The service is top notch with friendly and attentive staff. The food is a masterpiece with each dish expertly prepared and presented. The flavors are rich and diverse with something for every palate. The food was very expensive - not recommended for a bigger family - The food quality was poor. Their BBQ and Handi is below average in view of the prices. The serving was absolutely awful cold chapati and Naan was served.
There are far more better restaurants in gulberg and best quality food than Monaal! I would definitely not recommend this Resturant there is no option to give them zero star otherwise I would definitely.

We had a team lunch cum hi tea of around 70 people. As a whole, we had a good experience. The food quality and quantity was good,the staff was also very cooperative. The menu is a delightful blend of different dishes, still there is room for some more variety of dishes but overall we had good dining experience.

The food presentation was truly exceptional, and the generous portions exceeded our expectations. It had been quite some time since we had encountered such high-quality cuisine, and this experience left a lasting impression. For anyone visiting Lahore, a visit to this establishment is highly recommended, as it promises a culinary experience like no other.

We planned our daughter’s first birthday with Monal and team. And safe to say that it was the best decision in this regard! The location, view, settings, decor, food and staff everything was on point. Time management was done beautifully by the staff and we enjoyed our event totally stress free. Team and staff are very humble, cooperative and deliver beyond expectations. Everyone was so happy and loved the event. Great job!

I called helpline to get the information and no one picked the phone at first place, after trying 4th time phone was answered.... I asked about birthday packages because I wanted to throw the party for my husband but I really had a bad experience, there was a guy Azeem or Waseem on the phone who wasn't polite and welcoming and when I asked him about the information he very rudely replied that give me your WhatsApp number we will share all the details there but when I again asked him to let me know the details on the call he was rude and replied that we don't give such information on the call and I have to check my WhatsApp for the details and ended the call..... this is what your customer skills are? This is how you communicate with the customers? I'm a very old customer of Monal Islamabad and really disappointed with Monal Lahore ..... will not recommend it to anyone, I also have the recording of the call and request to listen to the audio of the call from your system

They had terrible service along with pathetic food. Beef Steak was over cooked burnt actually and they didnt even bother to change it. Even after i asked him several time he gave me a complimentary fried chicken piece not steak. I would never visit this place ever

there is nothing for a vegetarian in the buffet - a lot of chicken dishes - however, I got baked fish a la cart which was OK but very spicy. If I had not got the fish I would have had nothing - maybe the dessert . very expensive compared to other restaurants. The baked fish was almost as much as the buffet. Would never return
