There isn't a big parking lot. Restaurant is long narrow type. They sell mostly European food, but you can order like noodle. And very noisy.

Sort of an old American style cafe, great food, great staff. In a city with limited options and uninspiring cuisine, this place is strongly recommended for those seeking a pizza, burger, steak or cold beer.

We had a simple lunch here on the first day of our Mandalay trip. We were taken here by our guide but we're very happy with his choice. There weren't many other tourists there, the clientele were mainly wealthy locals. There was a good choice of international and Burmese food, beer, wine etc.

Good to have european food over a bottle of beer. Quiet and ideally located opp to the King's palace facing the lake.

I have been a regular customer for sometime here. Enjoy the food and the place. But this place need some upgrade. The air conditioning is smelly sometimes. The menu didn't change much. Coffee is still the best in mandalay. And beer too.

A gem of a place, near the palace and styled like an American Diner with lots of Americana on the walls. Anyway, it's the good quality that made me write the review. Mandalay has been a disappointment in many respects, so I was glad to have a drink and a great meal here. And the coffee is great too. Bit... More

If you're looking for a satisfying up to par delicious burger in the whole Mandalay City, you've come to the right place! After cruising all around and visited a few western cafe & restaurants, I found that this place serves a great burger and steaks. Although steaks (Filet Mignon, etc) here are not a big as the one we had... More

Best place for western food in Mandalay. Also what comes closest to a western pub. Great corned beef including my favorite the corned beef burger.

and upscale Burmese hipsters. Menu inspired from American diners and some Asian fried rice-noodles as everywhere.Staff affectionate. Hard to get a taxi(I mean a car taxi) in Mandalay. Returned during Water Festival, was closed.

Nice, attentive service, but this is where it ends. The ffood (over-fried prawn tempura) was short of being inedible. And the television screens all around me are not my idea of a leisurely dinner.

Description
A short walk from Red Canal Hotel but take a torch as limited street lighting. A great bistro style restaurant serving a large range if European (Try the Beef steak or fish and chips) and Asian food, main courses K5000 – K7000. A good selection of French and Australian wine starting from K12,500 per bottle. Fun atmosphere with fast friendly service. Busy on the nights we were there with mainly a younger local crowd so get there early for a table.
