I had a great experience eating here. The chicken couscous was delicious - one of my favorite foods I ate while visiting Tunisia! Make sure to check out the upstairs balcony as you get a beautiful view of the surrounding city.

Unique setting in old city Sousse, option of rooftop dining in very humble surroundings. Very homey, friendly staff, good prices, and great food.

Lovely freshly cooked couscous with vegetables served with a Turkish coffee were very nice, especially as we all sat on the Top Terrace overlooking the city, just contemplating the world and the day A relaxing place to sit and have a bite to eat or just a few coffees, especially on a warm day Yes this is a Tourist restuarant... Loved our visit here. Wish we had known before about this great place. Kids had fun. Great view. Great staff. I recommend the chicken kebab.

Three small children might be a problem in most restaurants, but not here. They felt as welcome as we did. The food is not expensive and with the large portions it is a foodie heaven. Enjoyed the coffee too! Actually easy to find as it is right at the top of the ?Medina, just inside the perimeter wall. Enjoyed the... More

First let me start by saying we got a bit lost trying to get to this place but glad we didn't give up and also the owner upon arrival mentioned that we could have called which would have made more sense Despite the fact that it was a bit chilli we decided to sit on the balcony and the view... I reviewed this place a few years ago and continue to go back with my family. We always get a great meal, large portions, quiet atmosphere and the owner is a wealth of information about Tunisia. There might be fancier places, but they make you feel at home and you won't go wrong here.

I ordered a Brik thinking that I'd just have a light snack, but it was huge and came with a nice salad on the side! A great deal overall, and the owner and was very friendly, and met Seles, his son and the namesake of the restaurant.
