Excelent place to eat. The fish menu is very rich and not that expensive. The fish soup (Storceag) is a must-taste. The wine selection is also a very good one.

It was an excellent experience of a typical romanian fish food. Very tasty food, localy romanian fish ( sturgeon, catfish , pike). The location is just on the Danube cliff, si you can see thw boats.

Every time we pass through Tulcea we come to Ivan Pescar. We like lipovenesti parjoals with fish. Delicious, as well as everything served here. Even if the access is hampered by the ongoing works on the seafront, it is worth the effort to dine at...this traditional restaurant with fish dishes. Good appetite!More

Most amazing fish restaurant with an amazing nice and fresh athmosphere and amazing fish dishes. I am not a fish eater, but their appetizers with different kinds of smoked, dried and marinated different dishes and fresh baked bread was extraordinary good. My main dish was...great in taste, and more than enough . Absolutely great preparation, fresh and traditionally made . Small restaurant focused on fish from the Danube and the black sea. Very nice choices between starters and main dishes. Not all on the menu was available but that is not disturbing since there is a lot to try. A had an excellent fish soup...with big chunks of different fish. Followed a pike filet in sauce With polenta, beautiful. Service is very good and prices are very reasonable. The restaurant is well kept with a nice decor. Place to go in TulceaMore
