We tried to order a pizza But they Said that they don’t have Any pizza Even though in the menu there wore planty. I ordered some pork ribs with wedges Fries And they wore uneatble. The smell of the pork ribs was unbareble. They smelled...like expired food And the taset convinced us that the meat was expired. Also, the potatoes wore reheated. I would not recomend it at all.More

Dirty glasses, slow service, coffee is just as good as if it was bought from a coffee vending machine. The only good thing is that the interior design is great. I would honestly never recommend it.

The food was cold, after 1:30-2 hours of waiting, the serving was ok, but the waitres Said the food will be ready, but we waited more than 40 min. It’s nothing special, just a nice building. They don’t have children seats, just for babys. If...you have a toodler, you need a big chair.More

My rating is an average between the grade for the location, the food and the staff. The location is very beautiful, the food is completly meh and the staff…. Oh, boy, the staff… There is a waitress named Bianca…. She is very rude and mean…...she is alwyas yelling at her colleagues and is always dissatisfied with everything. She is completly unstandable. Is she doesn’t own the place, there is absolutely no reason why she is still working there. I will avoid this place next time I will be in Brasov and I will definitely tell all my friends to avoid it as well. Do soMore

Very nice place located in the city center. We were there for the breakfast and the food was really great! The location is suuper nice and cozy. Kindly reccomand!

We recently had a meal here and having had a couple of great meals at other restaurants,this was a major disappointment. Service in itself was good however the restaurant itself was cold with a major draft coming through the swing doors right across the room.However...the worst of it was 4 of 6 meals were lukewarm at best , virtually cold in places. We really should have sent them back however we had very little time as we were heading to watch the World Cup so decided to have them all rebooked from fresh was not feasible, clearly our choice however the food should never have been served in that condition. We did let our nice waitress know and left her a nice tip as it wasn’t her fault.More

The food was very good, especially the apple pie (the best I've had so far), the location is amazing, they have live music almost every night.

We have waited too long for food and we chose only appetizers. The bruschetta came with wet bread… The staff moved very slow with service and everything. This was really a bad experience!!!

I wanted very much to have a coffee there. But I think it is better it did not happen. I went there at 9. 30 a. m. The staff told me the brasserie will open at 10 a. m. I came back at 10. I...asked:,, is it open? ". A,, lady" strongly said :,, No! ". She was so vile and rude! I felt horrible as a client. Anyway, there was a kind waiter who came to tell me I can come back. We stopped over in Brasov for an evening, and decided to eat here. The pretty views and music attracted us in. The young girl at the front wasn’t pushy for us to have a table; which was nice! We entered the restaurant and was blown...away by the decor, it was super nice! We ordered the chicken strips for a starter (which we had about 8 large strips each), followed by a pizza and mixed grill. The food was lovely, and we couldn’t fault it! We had drinks of cider/beer, followed by some cocktails (super strong!) The service was great, and the young girl serving us couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming- so thank you. Would recommend to all, and defiantly would go again!More

Very unfriendly service. We did not feel welcome at all. Also waited very long for our food (around 40 minutes) and then received a very boring vegetarian burger, a burrata salad that was really not up to date and soggy, bland and cold bruschetta. Prices...are way too high for that kind of service. When we wanted to pay we again had to wait for wuite a long time and remind them multiple times to bring the bill. In the end the waitress didn‘t get tired of pointing out, that tip is not included in the bill and that we should give them 15% tip. Don‘t go there, there‘s way better restaurants nearby.More
