We are a little italian restaurant with summer terrace with original recipies and good wines. Why should you come to us? If You already know us, you know the answer, so just: Reserve your table!!! You haven’t been at our restaurant yet? In that case maybe you are asking yourself: Why you should (and absolutely must!!!) prefer our italian restaurant Vino e Sapori to everybody elses? Now I should say that our italian recepies are just amazing, that we have a good wines (romanian & Italian), that we will treat you as a king (or a queen) and all the other things that you have already heard (and read). Instead of all that I must say to you: Be aware! We have a licence to cause pleasure (culinary,…
The best Italian in the town. In the last 5 years I enjoyed many times with friends, family or for anniversary in this authentic Italian atmosphere. Good wine and delicious dishes. Great congrats for the owner and the waiters. Siete grandi 😊

We wanted to spend some days in Brasov but... people with celiac disease can eat somewhere? Luck us in Brasov exists Vino e Sapori. They not only are very good at cooking but they also take care of their clients with diseases. They are not...a specialized gluten-free restaurant but they know how to care for their clients. I recommend it, with deasease or not. Reservation is mandatory anticipating which problem you have. Moreover, I suggest going there on those days not completely crowded.More
I was recommended this place before coming to Brasov. If you’re in town, don’t think about it, just go. The prices are good, the drinks and wine selection is stellar, the service is top notch, and the food is to die for. Quite possibly the...best band made pasta I’ve ever had.More
The food melted in your mouth!
I had the prawn ragout and my partner the pork leg. The ragout was unparalleled in finesse and the meat was as tender as butter. From the wine to the dessert, everything was a dream! If we could...have, we would have ordered all the courses again right after the meal.
Rarely have we eaten so well! A big bravo and thank you!More
I would like to make some comments on Gaby's (Sunshine09976523130) recent review. Firstly, I am sorry you felt sick but I seriously doubt it was because of the pasta you ate. I am glad you have such a travel history behind and even though you said...you visited many restaurants in Brasov, including Vino e Sapori, and you also went "too many times" to Italy, I see you made only 3 contributions on Trip Advisor, all of them posted yesterday. The reason I took my time to comment to your post is because Vino e Sapori it is one of my favorite restaurants, not only in Brasov but in the whole wide world. I submitted my first review for this restaurant in October 2015 and since then I am a loyal customer. And Spettacolo di Mare is my favorite sea food pasta from all restaurants I've been to. So, I want to share my experience for all those who might read your post. I do not know your reason behind your denigrating statements but I think these are not objective. I went there couple of days ago (Friday) and I had this particular dish which was as delicious as always and not spicy at all. The price is totally fair and if you compare it with a bag of shrimps from Selgros, you can enjoy cooking them at home and stop going out for meals. The slightly burned taste is what I love about this pasta and "not well cooked" should be rephrased to "al dente" - the way they should be. Your cooking advices should be kept for yourself when you cook at home, and let the chef decide how he wants to prepare the dish. The way he does it keeps bringing the customers. If you thought something was wrong with your dish, you should have informed the waiter or the owner and for sure you would have received both apologies and a change of the dish. I absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves Italian food, excellent service and cosy atmosphere!More
