Amazing traditional Romanian food, great service. One of the places to eat in Brasov, most definitely I will go back to eat there next time I'm in Brasov.

You can never go wrong with their soups and grilled meat, the staff is mature and professional, they really know the menu and serve fast, at least to us on that particular occasion. We had a beef broth and their pork ribs, classy, refreshing and enough for the size Prices wore a bit extravagant. O would gladly return for their... More

While the location is lovely and the service was fast, all the food we ordered lacked taste and any kind of seasoning. Will not be coming back...

The food was ok-ish, but we certainly did not appreciate our server. He was slow, asking us to wait our turn! even though he wasn't serving anyone at the time, wasted 10 minutes trying to "fix" his tablet to take an order, didn't smile once and behaved like the most important person in the establishment. There are two more restaurants... More

Enjoyed it here so much I went twice. The food is fresh off the grill so can take a while but it's worth the wait. Really nice setting with an open terrace in the middle. Staff were very friendly as well. I went once for a meal with 6 people at night and once in the day for a few... More

This is favorite by the locals and the reason why is because this is not a fancy restaurant, but a clean consistently good, affordable place. While they serve excellent mititei and tripe soups in many restaurants in Brasov, Ceasul Rau is by far our favorite. The service is prompt and very professional, the food is consistently very good, fresh and... More

Very traditional atmosphere, with especially designed interior, also folk music. The food was excellent and very well prepared (more than so than in typical "traditional restaurants") - was particularly impressed with the grilled pork tenderloin. Vegetarian alternatives are also good. Professional service, but seem to be a bit understaffed.

we ate at this lovely restaurant many times - because my husband worked in brasov - the only problem is that you ordered too much food: the mititei and veal chops-and papanash for desert. we were in heaven....

the restaurant is very nice, food is tasty. Stuff is nice and move very quickly. The interior is decorated in rustic style. Food is very fresh. I understand that they have their own farm. Average prices.
