In a place where the most different kind of music and scenery meet in a surprisingly armonious way, Pardon Braserie & Restaurant it's a must on your "to do/see" list when you get to Sibiu. The cafe's tables are former sewing machines and they are named after European cities. Items that remind us of another era, a time when Bell or Felini were alive hang from the walls and the ceiling is covered in music sheets. That cafe is placed across the street from Thalia Hall and it has the terrace one of the most beautiful streets in town. We are going to let you decide whether this is the perfect place to escape reality or not.

The mussels in red sauce with onions & toast bread are magnificent and a more than decent price given the taste. Nice jazz music, cosy atmosphere and nice personell. The duck though was a bit too well made.
