We have been traveling all over Europe for two years and been I Bulgaria for a couple of months. If I was able to give this restaurant a ZERO rating, I definitely would have! The server, dropped off our menus, I asked for a wine...list. We waited for over 15 minutes and he never returned. Went to another place, with much more attentive service (and very busy) to spend our money!!!More
After we seated at the table, the waitress came with a very bad and rude attitude and told us that everything is reserved. I insisted asking for a free table because only a few tables were having the reservation sign on, and the waitress obviously...annoyed by my request said that we can seat at the table we have already chosen! We decided to leave the restaurant with my 5 yrs old crying because she was hungry! I don’t understand what the problem was: the fact that one hour prior to this I was there with my family to have a coffee before the dolphinarium for only 20 min and we didn’t order enough or just because we are foreigners!!! Anyway, I don’t recommend this restaurant! I was shocked about the aggressive attitude!More
I organized my mothers birthday on 8 of August. Disappointed service and rude waiter. The restaurant is not appropriate for children as the staff are not kids friendly. Few times the wither mentioned that 3 and 4 year old are not welcome there. They made...a mistake taken the order as e result one of our guest did not have a dinner. The service was good and fast. The place is amazing as it's located in the Sea Garden of Varna plus the restaurant is decorated very beautiful.
Tasty cuisine and excellent service in a beautiful garden close to the Dolphinarium. Not to be missed.
Ordered a trout with a parmesan dressing and mixed veg. The trout was good although a touch overcooked. The meal did really lack seasoning, a simple, but poor mistake to make. A group of us met at BM during the week. We had to make a reservation in order to get one of the tables in the garden. Unlike most other restaurants, this one has its tables set pretty far from one another so you get...a great measure of privacy. The service throughout the night was excellent and so was all the food. We stayed for quite some time and yet we were not rushed or bothered to keep ordering. The mussels in garlic sauce were great and so was the chocolate biscuit cake.More
BM Garden is a very nice place to eat inside the Sea Garden of Varna.If you are doing a long walk in the garden I definitely recommend having a lunch or dinner in this place especially in the warm seasons in Varna.
No comparison with the BM restaurant next to the port. This one is nice, very nice actually. The service is good, the food as well. There are definitely better restaurants in Varna, but this one is good value for money - very good location, good...fish and dishes, reasonable pricing.More
Definitely recommended restaurant in nice and quite area of the Sea Garden in Varna, next to the Delfinarium. I've visited it several times in the last 6 months and they deserved my recommendation with: impressive variety of dishes; excellent and accurate service delivery by professional...waiters being fast and responsive. Always book a table upfront as the restaurant is very popular and always very busy no matter in which season you are visiting it. Reasonable prices and good size of the portions. BM restaurant chain is work visiting, however looking for gourmet satisfaction - go to “BM Gradinata”.More
