What impressed both of us, is that not only is the whole place (Marché and Horizont) beautiful, but all the staff here are absolutely professional and nothing is a problem. We booked around a month in advance and they didn't even take a deposit. We were advised, rather than have a special set menu, it would be better for everyone to choose a la carte (there were only ten people). On the evening / night we firstly had drinks / Champagne on the Horizont terrace. This is a perfect setting. We were assigned our own waiter. It also enabled our photographer to take some great pics. We moved inside to the Marché restaurant for dinner and we were, again assigned our own waiter. The service was impeccable / extremely attentive / could not fault it. The food, as always (we've eaten at Marché seven times) was beautifully cooked and delicious - there were no complaints and everyone enjoyed their meal. The menu is extensive and changed regularly, with excellent choices. if you have wine, there is a very experienced sommelier, who can recommend excellent wines, should you wish. I should add, the bill was not in any way a shock - pleasantly surprised how reasonable the cost is. Very highly recommended!

We visited the place in April, reservation is mandatory, as place is very busy. Reservation system is very convenient, although we asked non smoking area, but there were smokers all around. in the small main hall very difficult to breath because of the smell of tobacco.
we ordered fish, steak and duck and salad. Salad and fish were ok. Duck was very tasty. But i was very upset about the quality of ribeye steak. As a steak lover i know the taste and quality of meat. The meat was a bit sour, so i was really disappointed, as the prices are quite high, but taste is not good enough.
The service is also is not excellent.

My wife and I had a great meal--this is clearly one of the top restaurants in Varna. We highly recommend it!
We began with two starters: Roasted avocado and shrimp and Ragu of mushrooms. We followed that with mains: French rooster and chicken and BBQ octopus. For dessert: chocolate mousse. All the food was great and the rooter chicken dish was one of the best chicken dishes I have had.
The service was great, especially the sommelier, Ivan, who is very hospitable and is extremely knowledgeable of wines; he is a great ambassador for Bulgarian wines!

The place is very nice and cosy, both inside and outside. But the food... there is not enough choices and for vegetarians there was a so called "burger". I was excited to try, and it did not have anything close to a burger. Just a bad, black bun with some veggies on top, and it was not served with sweet potatoes as it says in the menu.
Very poor experience for expensive bill.

Unfortunately, poorly organized - one waiter does everything - many other restaurant employees are not responsible.
Steak is not cooked to the desired degree - the waiter does pick it up - but unfortunately that doesn't change the fact that this beautiful, precious piece of meat was cooked to death.
The second main course is not even brought - it wasn't on the bill either... well, at least something...
Serving - no such thing, the other employees just walk past you.
Refilling wine - after being asked to do it, because the person we turned to is not responsible for it/did not feel responsible for it, it also took a while until our waiter was informed of this and had to take time to do it.
Clearly a problem of allocation/responsibility.

We went for a celebrating dinner with my husband and my little son and our experience weren't what we expecting and paying for. I ordered 500 ml lemonade and you can see that the cup was not more than 250 ml. Very small portions that are very expensive. My husband ate pizza that was served very basically, bad taste and look, so we don't recommend Marche to anyone. So sorry that we chose this place for our special dinner.

Good food, nice place in the park, fast service.
I had a perfectly baked pizza and a tasty plate of pasta with seafood.
If you are in Varna, central park, near the zoo and feel a little hungry, go for it!

Looking for a pleasant restaurant close to our accommodation in Varna, we came across this restaurant. As all the tables in the small garden were reserved or busy, we found a pleasant corner inside. Good ventilation, very good music, very good food. True, not many specific Bulgarian specialities, as we wished (e.g. no Chorbadzhiska salata) but, all in all, a good place. I and my wife enjoyed it.

We were attracted to look up Marche due to its location and the review plus photos with its interior from Tripadvisor. If you are up to it, a walk through the splendid Sea Park to Marche will be a welcome bonus to the meal itself.
As the weather was very nice, we stayed outdoors. The service was as prompt as possible when all tables were full. Food was tasty. Menu offers not too many choices, but preferably so and no unpleasant surprises. You have some fish dishes, beef, burgers and interesting appetizers. Atmosphere is very nice, it reminded us of some garden restaurants on the French Riviera.
Recommend a visit with prior reservation!

We went there for lunch on a busy weekend. The food was chef's kiss. Everything was super delicious and the service was great, too. The atmosphere and interior are very cosy and elegant. Would recommend to give it a try if you are looking for a place to eat and enjoy fabulous meal.

Nice restaurant tucked in behind the hustle and bustle of the city but in the middle of the large park in Varna with European look, Italian name, and creative cuisine. My family enjoyed our lunch and stopped by another time for dinner to try other dishes; not many but some gluten free options; bathroom is very clean and modern (it is hard to find clean bathrooms normally)

The Service is terrible- Nobody cares about the Customers. We r really Not picky But i Never experienced sth like this. The Restaurant Looks really nice with a Good Design. The Food: so i was there twice- the first time really exzellent dish, than i came for the second Time for the Same dish - it was Good But without any „wow „ effect :) But the Food of my Partner was cold served- its a no go :)
