I have been in this place many times throughout the years and just as this time, it was amazing. Very tasty food, well prepared starters, I loved the avocado salad and excellent fish dishes. I recommend the tables on the open deck with sea view. Nice wine list as well.

Don't go with high hopes!

Ordinary food but expensive. The ship is an attraction to visit, so we did. We had the bread platter for starters (5/10) and mains was- Stuffed squid (8/10), fried calamari (7/10), octopus risotto (9/10) and spicy Thai seafood soup (0/10)! French fries (10/10). Waitress was pleasant and helpful, but impatient. The Thai soup was a big mistake. It is definitely an instant packet soup, with absolutely no evidence of Thai spices. (This one tasted like an onion soup, with some dry noodle crumbs, there may have been dehydrated sea food but unrecognisable)

Fabulous meal and service.

Visited today with my son for lunch. Very friendly and helpful service and delicious food. My seasonal green leaf, asparagus, blue cheese and pear salad was just amazing as was the bread basket of home cooked breads with wonderful tastes and textures.

Bad service, bad food

We went for dinner here, the food is bad and has no taste for the price it costs. More than this, my wife ordered pork ribs and the result was... uneatable. It was full of blood and it was not even ribs, it was something full of fat and blood. I do not recommend this place. Wanted to try the dessert but after seeing how bad the food is, I gave up.

Good restaurant with good view especially in the summer on the second deck. Price are good for the quality. Food comes with a free starter. Recommended are fresh fish bluefish (21lv), horse mackerel (10lv), salads (8-9lv), deserts ( 6-7 lv ). No lunch menu but food is done in short time so it is good for lunch also.

A must in Varna

When we visited Varna , one of our friends recommended this restaurant. She was right !! An old ship is beautifully renovated as a restaurant , you feel that some pirates will come out from one of the corner !! All the seafood we ate were delicious especially the turbot

Review of beach cafe

had a small lunch (fish soup) at the restaurant itself, was fine. Visited the little beach cafe at the "sandy" side of the ship five days in a row. Easily accessable, nice view over the sea, playground for families, affordable prices for snacks and drinks, no preasure to order more, no music like the bars down the beach. Ideal place to dream away an afternoon.

Perfect time at very nice location

The restaurant is in a ship on the beach. We held our wedding there and it was perfect. Very good food and drinks, professional and friendly staff. We had a perfect time and we will never forget the amazing wedding we had there. Thanks to the restaurant in helping us realize that. we will never forget it. All our guests were amazed by the food and the location.

Interesting menu

Some local treats here. Set in a mock galleon that could be a wreck/beached boat really works well. Seating inside and out depending on ones preference. I ate a light lunch but beware the portions are large. Local draft beer is good and not so strong. Good service with an English menu and English is spoken. Located on the edge of the old port that looks earmarked for redevelopment. Good fun and good food on my visit.

We tasted all of menu and all was so good. One time we tried another restaurant in Varna and it was terrible. We came back. Great food, great desserts, great atmosphere and great waiteres. And great price

A dinner on a ship

It's an atmospheric place on an old ship. Good food, good white wine, pleasant music and service. Advice: choose a place on a top deck, you have beautiful views from here.

Great spot for any occasion

Very nice spot for any occasion. Food is great , from meat lover to vegetarian . Seafood was amazing ! Stuff is friendly , good service . Don’t forget to make a reservation, this place is very popular . Thank you .

Good food, great views, seaside view is really nice. The waiter was welcoming&helful. We ordered some greek&bulgarian salads : they were fine, nothing special. For the main course we orderded some pork & special bulgarian dishes…not so good.

Cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough. The food was superb and the staff were wonderful 👌 We sat on the balcony which overlooks the beach and sea and it was beautiful.

A restaurant in a boat

Very nice place, on the beach, in a boat. Fish soup and fish second plate very tasty and fresh. Good services, nice and helpful ladies with good recommendations.
