If you like grease and fat (even on the tip book) then this is the place to come! Don't expect anything tasty, the dog on the patio looked better than the food tasted! One good thing other than the nice view I have to say...about this restaurant is that they have lovely towelettes, I thought about eating it as I was so hungry as everything served was completely inedible. Maybe myself and my boyfriend were both unlucky but we went for a shopska salad which we thought was ok (it's almost impossible to get the local salad wrong), the Ribs were just total fat, no meat whatsoever! The Sausage, chicken and pork hot plate was absolutely vile! It all tasted like grease, was fatty and had mostly gristle in the pork, we also tried the cheeses and they were tasteless! The waiter was pleasant, I shouldn't have felt bad telling him the truth about how bad the food was but he was very nice and accepting so I did feel a bit bad about speaking up, we tipped him only for his service. Overall an absolutely awful first night out for dinner in Plovdiv, we loved our experience in the area but definitely do not recommend going to this restaurant! 🤢🤮👎🏼More

Because of the terrible attitude of the host and service we had to leave in the middle of our dinner, something we never did before. Insulting service, and ok food. Make yourself a favour and pick another restaurant of the many good ones in the...city.More

This restaurant was recommended by our guide. From the terrace, the view over the city was really impressive indeed. We ordered a plate of spare ribs (18 lv), garlic bread and drinks. The waiter seemed to be a bit irritated by our presence in low...season and covid-time (then why having stayed open?!). The plate that was brought to us 'looked like' ribs, but actually it was a mound of bones and cartilage bathing in fat. With soft French fries dipping in it. Disgusting! As for the garlic bread, it didn't taste garlic at all and had the texture of cardboard. I pointed out to the waiter that perhaps the cook had forgotten to add garlic in the bread but he insisted saying that it was bread with garlic butter. I asked if he wanted to taste by himself but he refused and left without saying a word. Apart from the view and a good beer, it was an unpleasant experience.More

The view is brilliant. The restaurant is not luxurious but it is clean and the food is served in a timely manner. The food is very delicious: the salads and the ribs. The zucchini are extremely delicious 😁. The chocolate souffle and the ice cream...as well. The waiters are kind and quick.More

Very nice place, with good food, good service, good prices. Very nice atmosphere in the middle of the old town.

It’s a very pleasant restaurant with a beautiful view of Plovdiv. The food is ok. Roasted ribs are delicious, but served with very poor quality chips. Deserts are so so. But anyway we had a good family time at this place.

Beer is cheap and the waiter told us our ribs is enough for both of us. The portion is HUGE. The view from the restaurant is amazing Abd there’s a selection of beers and I strongly recommended the local draft beer

Cossy wooden decoration, nice coffee and beautiful view of all Plovdiv. Polite waiter. The only disadvantage of this place was the continuous smell of frying oil from the open kitchen. Normal prices.

Having arrived at our Hotel late in the evening we were recommended this restaurant close by in the old town area. A small modest entrance brings you through to a very large garden area with plenty of tables and heaters! There is also an inside...section. Very efficient and friendly staff looked after us really well. Each dish on the mains section of the menu is designed for 2 people to share. Fish, meat and ribs are all available and are delicious. It was our first introduction to Bulgarian wines and both the white and red were excellent- something that we were to experience throughout our stay. It was a great start to our visit made even nicer when we shared a drink with the Scottish chef!More
