If you are in the historic town of Plovdiv, this is a great place to live and experience the old world charm. Get the biggest room in the property, complete with bathtub in the room!

Nice hotel in the Old Town. Easy to find and easy to get around. Only criticism would be that it was very hot ( heating on all the time). Staff really friendly and good base.

Was rated highly, and fully met the high ratings we reviewed before coming. Quiet, comfortable, intimate, delicious, tasty are all words that fit perfectly. Staff were attentive but not over powering. Food was top notch. Wine excellent. Not a place for people who want to be seen. A place for people who want to be together.

We stayed here for a week, breakfasted there every day, and had dinner there once (because we wanted to eat at lots of places). Our room was beautiful, with panelled walls, a big bed, and a view over the cobbled street. The hotel was very quiet - perhaps two cars a day drive past - and the food in the... More

I do not go there often, but the experiences I have had there are unforgetable. this is the place where my son decided he will place piano at age of 5 listening to a well known jazz piano player from BG past.

This is the best restaurant in Plovdiv. Good food, good service, a garden in a historic house. The waiters are happy to help with Bulgarian wine

We stayed a the Hebros for two night in August. The accommodations are very old and unique. The AC was not very good but they gave us a fan which made the room very comfortable. Service was friendly and good and we enjoyed a quiet dinner in the warm summer evening. The food and wine were very good.

What a great place. The room is delightful, the staff helpful (my treasured hat was returned after being abandonded). The wine is terrific too.

We stayed at the Hebros Hotel and ate there for dinner twice: it was a lovely place to stay with beautiful rooms, lots of character, great touches and great service from Daniel and the others in the team. We really enjoyed our food (and wine) in the restaurant - again, excellent service and everything we ate was delicious, from steak... More
