It’s quite hard to miss Hindin Han, positioned as it is, and I was lured in by the view (with the terrace being quite beautiful, and looking out over the area surrounding the Kriva ćuprija). That was a mistake. The restaurant is beautiful, and it’s...a great way to experience Mostar - but I suspect that’s all they really think is required.
The food took an absurd amount of time to arrive (and I visited out of the tourist season, and did not order anything especially complex) and, when it came, the chicken I’d ordered was tasteless and dry. There was little variation in the dish, and I got the sense that it was just poorly done (rather than the issue being my poor choice of order). If you want a view, perhaps have a coffee here - but if wanting to eat, you can do much better.More
