Great restaurant! We reserved table for 8 people, the place is really big, we got underground seating. Perfect atmosphere, very tasty food, low prices! The price for vegan burrito with american potatos and a burger with the same with soft drinks was only 1480 RSD (that was dinner for 2 people). They have plenty of various styles and cuisines. The only thing I would recommend to the restaurant for better culinary experience, is to serve burgers and burritos (and other dishes served with french fries or American potatos) with SAUCE. We got it without sauce and even that the fries were awesome they were a bit dry because of lack of sauce or Mayo/catchup

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and the diversity of the food that is offered at Pleasure. We tried the club sandwich and the burger Jin Jang, which were accompanied with amazing fries and wedges. The cheesecake is also delicious.

The food was amazing and there were so many options. Usually we don’t eat in the same place twice in vacation but we were sorry we stayed in Nis for just a day and coudn’t try more dishes here.

Overall, the food here was great and the atmosphere was good too. The meals were reasonably-priced and this place was definitely seeming like it deserved a rating of 4-stars. That is, until the server refused to split the check for my friend and myself.
At first the waiter seemed to understand our request and asked each of us if we would be paying with cash or card. Unfortunately, our request was not actually understood and he proceeded to bring us one check. This was very frustrating considering I intended to pay for my meal with a card and my friend intended to pay for his meal with cash.
Sometimes, it’s the little things that make a BIG difference for a patron’s experience. Unfortunately, this unwillingness to accommodate our payment needs soured the otherwise good experience.

I am very surprised to see him, in the first restaurants of Nis after my lunch on site.
Indeed, the setting is friendly with an inner courtyard.

From the beginning everything was wrong. Music was too loud, welcoming zero, staff are nice but bad organized, too many people who don’t know how to work and what to do first. Food nothing special, coffee is horrible, milk over warmed. Cutlery was putted on the left side and that is never never. Guys you need to learn a lot about hospitality! Wish you luck!

The music is soo loud.
The staff is friendly but we ordered two burgers, waited 45 minutes and when they arrived the were cold. We complained waited for another 15 minutes and received two decent burgers. So thanks to the staff for listening, but turn the music down

Dinner was exceptional. Many vegetarian options. Great drinks. Staff was very helpful and service was quick. We sat outside in the garden which was very pleasant. Definitely would recommend this place.

Yesterday we (my wife, my son and myself) went out for a dinner. We are living in Holland but are frequently coming to Nis. And every time when we are in Nis, we use to go to Pleasure, for a drink, lunch and sometimes for a dinner. It was mostly a decent place for drinks and food, therefore we yesterday decided to have a dinner at Pleasure.
And… everything went wrong. My wife ordered a bottle of water, the water was warm. With my son we ordered some beer, it took ages before we saw it on our table. And we ordered the dinner: some beaf steak for my son, fish for me and chicken nuggets for my wife. After 1 hour we had to intervene, because the dinner was not coming. We ordered a second beer but they forgot to bring it. En when finally the dinner came, it was only available for me and mu son, they somehow forgot my wife.
The beef steak (ordered as medium) was overexposed to heat, hard and has nothing to do with medium. The fish was hard and dry, obviously not prepared as it should be. We complained to the waitress and got an excuse from her. No any intention to redraw the meal and provide with a decent one.
My wife got the chicken nuggets 1,5 hours after the order was placed. Decent wuality but too late.
We paid the full bill and received a couple of excuses more… the manager was not available, at least to hear my complaint, potentially to give a sign he cares about their customers.
Last evening there was no pleasure at all, what a shame.
