The food was pretty good, but nothing to write home about. The waitress took her time but it wasn't a big deal really, the place was just okay.

Food was Fine, service takes a bit long, but my biggest problem was smell of cigarettes inside of the restaurant. Thank you for your hospitality.

The music is soo loud. The staff is friendly but we ordered two burgers, waited 45 minutes and when they arrived the were cold. We complained waited for another 15 minutes and received two decent burgers. So thanks to the staff for listening, but turn...the music downMore

Yesterday we (my wife, my son and myself) went out for a dinner. We are living in Holland but are frequently coming to Nis. And every time when we are in Nis, we use to go to Pleasure, for a drink, lunch and sometimes for...a dinner. It was mostly a decent place for drinks and food, therefore we yesterday decided to have a dinner at Pleasure. And… everything went wrong. My wife ordered a bottle of water, the water was warm. With my son we ordered some beer, it took ages before we saw it on our table. And we ordered the dinner: some beaf steak for my son, fish for me and chicken nuggets for my wife. After 1 hour we had to intervene, because the dinner was not coming. We ordered a second beer but they forgot to bring it. En when finally the dinner came, it was only available for me and mu son, they somehow forgot my wife. The beef steak (ordered as medium) was overexposed to heat, hard and has nothing to do with medium. The fish was hard and dry, obviously not prepared as it should be. We complained to the waitress and got an excuse from her. No any intention to redraw the meal and provide with a decent one. My wife got the chicken nuggets 1,5 hours after the order was placed. Decent wuality but too late. We paid the full bill and received a couple of excuses more… the manager was not available, at least to hear my complaint, potentially to give a sign he cares about their customers. From the beginning everything was wrong. Music was too loud, welcoming zero, staff are nice but bad organized, too many people who don’t know how to work and what to do first. Food nothing special, coffee is horrible, milk over warmed. Cutlery was putted on...the left side and that is never never. Guys you need to learn a lot about hospitality! Wish you luck!More

Great place for food Great staff great atmosphere very busy spot.only fault nó smoking area and smoking are too close to make a difference but in Serbia it is prominentely smoking. 🚬😁

This was a really nice restaurant with really good food and drinks and very nice staff and good prices. We ate here twice and really enjoyed it both times and would recommend it to everyone who visits Niš!

I had chicken 'Karlito Pikante' and toblerone mousse, it was amazing. The service was excellent and has a great ambience. Highly recommend
