We had some time before leaving Kotor so we tried a hot chocolate at Forza caffe
It was a terrible experience....far beyond our expectations!!!Since working on tourism the minimum you have to do is to respect first yourselves and then the tourists!!!!
Located right by main entrance, place attracts custom by its position.
Sticky tables and chairs that have seen better days. You pay a premium for the location.
Needed to use the restroom, just the one unisex toilet for a place which must have 50 tables....5 in the queue, Dirty, no seat, no soap, no toilet paper and no where to dry your hands, quite horrible.
Mentioned to waiter on paying and he shrugged his shoulders, so did I when I left no tip.
Located inside the old town adjacent to about four others. Recommended by a local resident of the old town. The coffee was interesting - hot cafe latte served in a glass with a straw! The crna is a type of torte that was sensational. Stop...for a rest and enjoy the ambience.More
We could only pay with card, so checked with the waiter before we sat down that this would be available. He assured us it was. We ordered 2 drinks and a dessert to share and 30 minutes later asked for the bill. The waiter had...not charged the card machine and was very rude to us when we told him we had no cash, as we had advised him earlier! He spent the next 20 minutes telling us to hang on, although we had to leave for our trip was due to meet up again soon. We saw the waiter running down the road with our card to a neighboring shop to pay and followed him, deducted the tip and paid! He shouted abuse at myself and my husband saying we had robbed him despite paying the full bill! Obviously we weren’t going to pay extra for such horrendous service. Avoid!More
The weather in Kotor during our visit took a turn for the worse as the rain became torrential for about 2 hours. There were hardly any cafes open but we managed to squeeze into Forza cafe and passed the time with a chicken sandwich (good)...and a beer for €10 each. After the rain it became quite busy again.More
