Nice burek in Novi Sad. Went there a few times, same taste every time. Really liked the chicken one. Next step Sarajevo.

I was a bit disappointed that we missed breakfast at another restaurant and decided as a group to come to Koliba. That is, until we actually tasted the burek. This stuff is awesome. Baked right in the fire in the back of the shop, it...is very reasonable, not greasy, made from scratch, and I WILL be back.More

On the timetable you can see that Koliba is open until 5 pm, but after 3 all the freshly prepared food is sold. So hurry and appear here at about lunch time! Burek (with meat) and zucchini burek were both great, 200 g each plus...yogurt was just enough for a small lunch.More

Koliba has the best burek. That is for sure. Try basic one and then ASK for mushroom one, spinach one and potato one on the side. You decide your own quantity so can mix and match. They Are all amazing especially with yoghurt and Cream...sauce. For desert they offer cherry and apple kind.More

burek made in the traditional way in a small cozy location. During our visit there was heavy construction next door so unfortunately it was very noisy and full of construction dust (the building site looks like it will take a few months to complete works),...there seemed to be no AC so we decided to take our different burek types to go.More

If you are lucky enough to stumble upon this place, go for chicken burek with yogurt. Might be the best thing I've ever tasted throughout the years in Serbia:)
