We has a lovely dinner here while staying in Zadar, as it was located quite near the sea organ and solar light show. We discovered it walking back through the back streets. So glad we did as the menu was unusual - My husband had...the veal with tuna sauce and I had the black gnocchi with sea bass really well flavoured. The wine was recommended by the waiter and also very good..More
We had a very satisfying dinner tonight and if we had more time here would likely head back for another meal. We had the black gnocchi with shrimp in truffle sauce, the fish stew and the home-made chocolate cake and all were delicious.
Just one...almost problem at the end - we couldn’t pay by card (machine was down at the restaurant) but fortunately, they were able to take Euros and at a fair exchange for Kuna.More
Superb family run restaurant hidden away in streets of Zadar. Lots different areas inside but lovely sat outside in the courtyard under the vines. Food amazing along with wine from their own vineyards. Recommend the sea bass. So very reasonably priced too.
Nice little place away from the hustle and bustle. 6 adults,2 children, nice setting, food excellent and well priced, the guy serving us was polite, helpful and professional. Well worth a visit if you like quite restaurants rather the those huge tourist places.
If you are looking for amazing fish then you are at the right place. We had brudet (fish stew) and squid filled with shrimp, the best meal yet in our visit to Croatia. The prices are good for the food that you get. We paid...around 120 kuna for each meal. You can sit on a beautiful terrace while you eat your dinner. We enjoyed!More
A big suprise for such a small restaurant, the dishes where suprisingly simpel that we had but so very nice in taste. A real recomender. The restaurant is small but cosey and the service is good and friendly.
A find in Zadar, hidden down a narrow lane, behind an unassuming frontage.
We dined in the Martinac twice & on both occasions enjoyed excellent meals.
There seemed to be only two front of house staff, nevertheless the service was excellent.
We ate Carpaccio, Kotlet,...dry cured ham & Sea BassMore
