We stayed in an apartment located near this bar and had a drink here on multiple occasions. There are no hard copies of the menu available, so you need to check the board near the entrance to decide what you would like. Our first couple...of experiences were really positive and the waitress was friendly, remembering us from a previous visit. However towards the end of our holiday, we were served by a very rude and unfriendly waiter on a couple of occasions. At one point he rudely wagged his finger at us with a stern face to stop us sitting down on a table that somebody else was using. (We didn’t know that the table was not vacant as nobody was sitting on it.) It’s location is fabulous in the old town square, the rude waiter did not stop us re- visiting but it did dampen our experience.More

When a place that exhists as a city cafe and gallery can NOT serve a decent cup, than its both sad and pathetic. Place lacks style and warmth. The girl working and serving a total amateur and ira apparent owners cannotpayfor quality help. Again, coffee...was terrible.More

Visited this bar a couple of times during our visit to Pula, as it was right around the corner from our apartment. Drinks are good and it’s a perfect setting on the forum to sit and watch the world go by. They have a good...selection of international beers (even Belgian Trappist beers) and also have a good cocktail menu. Unfortunately the drinks and location are let down by the service, which we found rude and unwelcoming. It seems that there is an anti-British sentiment at this bar, and this is why we did not return after our second visit, but chose to venture further where our custom was met with a warm welcome and some manners.More

Right on the forum you’d expect it to be a little expensive, but it’s quite reasonably priced and a good beer selection with quite a few craft beers which is a bonus

Located in the heart of Pula, Cvajner is a perfect place for afternoon or evening drinks. The terrace area has nice views to the square and the decoration inside the bar is cozy aswell. Very affordable prices and tasty drinks. We did enjoy couple of...evenings with my friends there at the terrace playing card and enjoying our drinks. Their Ugos are to die for, definitely recommend to order one or two of those!More

Located in the heart of the city with a gorgeous view of the square, perfect for people watching and enjoying the night. Great service, wonderful cocktails, and the prices surprised us in a good way.

Came for some late night drinks. Fantastic location to sit and enjoy the evening. The Cvajner mojito was so good I ordered a second. However, the service was slow when we wanted to pay.

After much research this was found to be the best aperol spritz in Pula and in my opinion the best location also. No need to go anywhere else, just lounge outside looking out into the Roman forum & town hall, and all for v reasonable...prices also.More

Great location on the forum, we went on Oct 2nd and it was very busy. Handed a menu and my wife asked for a lemonade with mint to be told that it was no longer an option since they had no mint as ‘out of...season’ so she had a normal lemonade. I ordered a milkshake, surprise! Not a option since they no longer have ice cream,’out of season’. So I had a lemonade as well which was really bad, tasted watered down, will have to see if this is normal for Croatia. To round things off the waiter came round before we’d finished to ask for payment as he was ‘going off shift’, needless to say when we passed by half an hour later he was still there.More

I would doubt that very much, it would be liking bringing you own food into a cafe or restaurant
