Being local , have been visiting for occasional lunch for more than two decades now.Rooted in Istrian tradition this family run restaurant ( 2nd generation now) is perfect spot for a traditional lunch . Owners have managed to run and serve at same level of quality for decades .

I was alone on a business trip and was advised to get a lunch here. The whole experience was great. They gave me a table I wanted, recommended the food and explained everything on my plate. Mixture of home made and professional cooking. Just great.

This summer, I was here twice. Both times, the dinner was excellent. You can choose between two menus: meat and seafood menu. Starters was similar both times. You get: bakalar (typical Croatian cod spread, octopus salad, sardines, anchovies). Amazing. Only for starters I would come again and again to this place. The main course dependens on the daily catch. First... More

It is a small unpretentious place with only a few tables, so in the season I would recommend you make a reservation, and menu is either fish or meat, and it does not say what you get, we went with the fish, and it was very original, very tasty and as far as quantity goes, more than enough. I did... More

This is just one of the very good dishes you can eat at this restaurant. Any fish is well prepared and always superbly fresh. The only drawback of this restaurant is that you might have difficulty to find it, but any taxi driver knows it and will drive you there for a few Kuna’s. Morris can advise you on the... More

This place is a real gem. We walked for about 10 mins from the center of Pula & found the restaurant down a dark side street. Service was excellent & the waiter was very knowledgeable about all the food & wine on the menu. 2 choices..meat or fish. We had 1 of each. Really delicious. The only thing I found... More

Do you like fish? Would you like to eat a lot of it? Well, this is the place for you. The fish dishes are magnificent and expertly prepared. The wine pairs really well. The staff is really friendly and knowledgeable and the atmosphere is really pleasant. Definitely recommend!

What a hidden gem! From the incredible staff who are extremely knowledgeable about everything on the menu & the local producers to the food itself. I had the seafood dish and I have no complaints about any of it. I even sampled some of my friends donkey starter which I have to say was exquisite. And that panacotta!!! After a... More

What a fabulous traditional restaurant. Located away from the hustle and bustle of the centre, it is located on a side street only five minutes drive from the centre. The menu is very simple, meat or fish. No choice of meat or fish, just what they can purchase fresh on that day. Please don't be put off by this, as... More
