What a lovely friendly restaurant. We called in halfway around the island for a cold beer. The waiters were really friendly and remembered us when we went back for lunch, which was just what we had been searching for since the start of our holiday - a nice light sandwich. Most light lunch menus serve what we would have for dinner. I had the lunch special, a ham sandwich (should have been ham and cheese but I don’t like cheese) with a glass of wine and delicious ice cream for €16. My husband had a ham and cheese sandwich with a beer. Both were really good. The service is excellent and the waiters smiling and friendly. An added bonus were the peacocks with their babies on the lookout for crumbs. Thoroughly recommend.

Given Dubróvnik's amazing Awards, my wife and I were expected to be murdered at this restaurant, especially being on the island of Lokrum... Very nice surprise! The dishes were good, I let myself be tempted by a shrimp burger and was not disappointed, the same for my wife who took their specialty, pasta with beef stew. Add to that a pint & glass of wine + dessert and coffee. Arrived at the checkout, we are told that we are entitled to -20% on the bill! Total cost 58€. Just thank you 👏🏻

This was a great spot for a birthday lunch for my wife on a sunny day on Lokrum complete with 'serenading' from the nearby peacocks calling to each other. I don't normally take photos of food in restaurants but our seafood platter was so well presented I just had to break with my usual practice. It tasted great as well and we enjoyed it very much! The service was prompt and attentive - I can't remember our waiter's name but I believe he said he came from Macedonia. Full marks for him!

The setting is magnificent, the decoration is beautiful. At the entrance is registered - 20% before 12:30 p.m. We let ourselves be tempted.
The choice is brief but correct. Prices are at least 20% more expensive than elsewhere (we are on an island).
The waiter arrives and already seems exhausted and impatient. We command.
Overall the dishes are good (not very filling unless you have a burger).

Really exceeded our expectations. We just went in for a light lunch and drinks on Wednesday 30th June and were really impressed by the food and value for money. We had simple meals which were lovely. The service was very good and friendly and I would happily return and recommend to anyone looking to eat whilst on the island.

Tempted in by the 20% off before 12.30 offer we dropped in for lunch.
Friendly staff, lovely setting, husband ordered the Lacroma salmon burger, I had the Stark Dynasty Steak burger.
Both were extremely tasty, and it was quite a unique experience having lunch with the very inquisitive peacocks. Food with a large beer and a glass of prosecco approx €50
Highly recommend if visiting the beautiful island of Lokrum

Reserved a lunch here for our day trip out to Lokrum. Reservation was confirmed by the restaurant’s own staff via email. When we arrived on the island on 26th October, I was told by the Lacroma snack bar staff that the restaurant had closed two weeks prior and we would not be able to eat there. Had to cut short our day on Lokrum to return to Old Town to eat.

The restaurant was about half full as we went at the start of lunch. Lovely setting and you can sit inside or outside. Service was terrible and we had to go to the bar to ask to order after waiting 15 minutes for service.
Drinks came quickly but not the tap water I ordered to take some medication. I was given bottled water and when I said I only needed tap I was told you can t drink the water on Lokrum Island as it’s dangerous! ! I was astounded as I’d already refilled my water bottle on the Island, watched others do the same and there were no signs to say you can’t drink the water. I ended up taking my medication with my refilled water bottle from earlier that day and have remained alive with no medical issues! So who knows if you can really drink the water or not? Water dramas over…onto the food.
One part of our order arrived and we waited a few minutes for the full order, only to discover the waitress had not ordered the rest. 15 minutes later (after an initial 25 minute wait) the rest of the food arrived. The food was amazing and setting lovely but honestly we were very put off by the shoddy service, lack of apology or care from the staff. I would try the other 2 restaurants on the island if we went back again.

We had lunch at Lacroma whilst visiting Lokrum. The food was unspectacular but fine. The fried squids with baby rosemary roasted potatoes was good, with the squid well cooked. However, the quinoa salad with adriatic tuna and avocado was fairly underwhelming, seemingly lacking any dressing and with the most of the tuna well-done.

This restaurant is located in the heart of the island in a pleasant garden crossed by peacocks. The menu of the day allowed us to taste a surprising chicken stew a little out of step with the ambient temperature that approached 37°.

Decided to spend the day on Lokrum Island. Had a fantastic lunch and drinks at Lacroma. Service was great. Burgers were filling with lots of veggies and meat piled inside and tasty fries. Seating under cover in the patio with a solo singer/guitarist made for a nice relaxing lunch. Would recommend!

This is a great spot for lunch if you are visiting Lokrum. The Stark dynasty burger is delicious and the service is fast and friendly. An added bonus are the peacocks walking around whilst you are dining. Love it here!

After sitting on ‘The Throne’ The Hubster and I felt the need for a long cool drink and a light lunch and Lacroma Restaurant certainly met our requirements.
Igor our waiter was simply a dream, he was informative and professional with a wonderful helping of friendly, he recommended the Sea Corner Platter Lacroma which is beautifully presented, full of flavour that included squid and smoked tuna, it was delicious….we’d have happily licked the plate!
To accompany our lunch I had the best ‘real’ lemonade I’ve ever tasted being just the right side of sharp whilst TH had a beer. Honestly, if you’re visiting the island this is a must do place.

This is a five star restaurant, don’t order a hamburger and fries or you will miss out on a truly special meal. Ask Maro or your waiter for local specialties and you will not regret it. Totally sourced locally and fresh, not like you have had anywhere else.
