In December this bistro has everything you need for an average meal. Service is kind and helpful (not to mention patient with children) with choosing the right food. Price is more than reasonable for everything we ate there. You can also adjust meals for kids....More

Good location but food and service was poor. Waiter clearly felt customers were several levels beneath him! We asked for tap water and was told we couldn't have any but we ordered a beer so "I'll give you some then!" Food was standard price wise...More

The Monkfish chowder (porcula) was so flavourful... We both said we'd come back to have it again. The servers were all subtly attentive - and good humoured... then the creme caramel & Dubrovnik cake just capped it off. Sorry we ate it all before we...More

Unasked for pate charged for. Ribeye steak was nothing of the sort. Mussels not cleaned and over salted. Greek salad was ok but hard to get badly wrong. Could try harder but unfortunately because of touristy location probably wont.

After a long day and walk on the City Wall, my friend and I decided to have dinner at Bistro Teatar. Black Risotto hit the spot - just enough flavor without being too salty. Lemon beer to wash down this risotto was an excellent choice...More

We picked this place because we were rushed and had a concert ticket at a venue nearby. We had mussels, fries and wine. The service was fast, the food was quite inexpensive and it was okay. It was eating, not dining but under the circumstances,that's...More

This is a great place to eat. Waiters very helpful. Willing to explain locally dishes. Food is delicious. Local wine is brilliant pity we can't get it in the UK
