Pantarul - feels like home. Our intention is for everyone to feel welcome and for each palate to be satisfied. A snack with a glass of local wine or a several-course dinner which will make all your senses flick? Top quality, yet unpretentious food - modern cuisine at its best. Our menu lives with the seasons and all the dishes are prepared using incredible local produce which is sourced by farmers from Dubrovnik's surroundings, especially from Zupa and Konavle. Fresh fish is delivered daily and the meat comes from the most reliable sources. Homemade pasta and bread, a creative wine list featuring Croatian wines and an honest smile on the waiters' faces - this is what we look for in a restaurant…

One of the best restaurants in Dubrovnik. That's a big call but totally deserved. Pantarul offers the most traditional Dalmatian food with the funkiest twists. The severs are awesome, the chef a friendly artist, the flood is delicious and even the actual ñates where the...food is served are pretty. You really can't go wrong if you choose PantarulMore
I tried Pantarul due to the proximity to where I was staying and great reviews. I concur with the vast majority of reviewers. I’ve eaten there 3x so far and wholeheartedly recommend you try it. The slow roasted ox cheeks with creamy mashed potatoes, gravy,...and salad greens was amazing. I loved the vegetable risotto even more. I will be back before the end of this trip. Pantarul means “fork” in Croatian and I love this homey spot ripe with locals and tourists. You made need a reservation. 😄More
Luckily found this place during Dubrovnik's "food festival week" and they had the most amazing baked monk fish fixed plate deal! The fish was super tasty and wrapped in bacon. The first course was flat bread seared with spinach topped with salad, which was really...good. And to finish it was chocolate mousse. Mmm.. One of use got grilled squid on a bed of saffron risotto - all very tasty! We loved it so much, we came back again before the last day of the food festival and got the seafood plate again - and it did not disappoint! Service and atmosphere was also all great, so would heartily recommend this spot to others (and will be back here again next time, if not again before we leave on this trip!).More
This was our first return trip in over 3-years and we remembered vividly how great the food had been in 2017, so ate here on our first evening. Wow! Not only were the original menu items as good as we remembered, but they had added...new and exciting dishes which were even better! We returned a 2nd time for lunch and had the same great welcome and fantastic food. You simply cannot go wrong with this restaurant. The owners and staff are welcoming and very friendly. The atmosphere is relaxed and calm. And the food is simply exceptional. For us, it is the best restaurant in the area! Had we had more time, we'd have eaten there again! We shall return - hopefully faster than 3-years this time! If you have not eaten here, please do so!More
We went to Pantarul mid-week and had a delightful meal. The staff are really welcoming and friendly, the atmosphere is really relaxed and we had a delicious dinner, so delicious that we actually went back again for dinner later in the week! We tried some...beautiful local wines and paired those with starters and a really fresh, vibrant prawn linguine for main followed by a cheeseboard for dessert.More
Really good food. Maybe not summer restaurant as it is indoor but the inside is really tastefully decorated. It was bit empty but the ambient is nice. I had saffron risotto and octopus tempura. Place to recommend.
