Great, relaxing lunch with my old friends that own the place. Nevertheless, living outside of Dubrovnik for 30 years gave me a different perspective at how a restaurant should be run and guests treated. Staff was extremely friendly, food great and in this case light. Just as I requested (it was a hot day). Location is out of this world... More

Food is fantastic and wine too! My family and i ordered five different meals and all of them were so delicious! And i have to say this restaurant really isn't expensive compared to others...of course if you order lobster and some high quality wine you cannot expect low prices but if you order shrimps, steaks, squids, fish...it is really affordable! also... Starter (mozzarella salad) was okay but to expensive and too large portion for a starter. "Steak Tuna" was overcooked though I ordered medium-rare. Boring side dishes to the tuna. The dish was also bad composed. My friends dish was a beef steak that didnt taste anything and was absolutely dry. A beef steak is easy too cook, even I as... More

Our last meal in Dubrovnik. We were lured in by the waitress and did not regret. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the spot on a square next to a church inticing, the food nice. It's not budget dining, but for the last dinner of our holiday we were ready to enjoy it.

We had two meals here on our recent family holiday and both were delicious, also reasonably priced for the Old Town. Staff are very nice and setting is lovely. Would thoroughly recommend.

First night in Dubrovnik and feeling hungry we got invited into this resraurant by a very polite gentleman. We chose cevapcici with pita bread and french fries. The portions were generous and the waitress served us in a very friendly way. My wife's pita was a bit over baked, otherwise everything was fine. Price for two meals and two beers... More

We were five people dining here and we got the whole scale. One of us had their best steak ever, one got mussels that had gone bad and the rest got mediocre dishes. Staff mixed up every dish from starter to dessert. We did get a complimentary bottle of wine as an apology for the mussels, but the experience was... More

Now don't get us wrong - this konoba serves good food. We had an octopus salad for entree, my friend had fantastic grilled squid ( three squids actually and two baby octopus) accompanied by a generous serve of Swiss chard and potato. I had the tuna steak on chard, also a generous serve and cooked medium as requested. What we... More

Dear Hazeltrek, thank you for the compliment for the food, but I have some answers for you. As I know when you order food and wine you have menue and prices in front of you. We serve POŠIP ČARA the highest quality croatian white wine and yes of course, price in the regular shop is lower but you cannot sit... More

This dinner for our group of five was such a disappointment, especially as it was our last evening in Dubrovnik. The waiter mxed up our orders both when serving dinners and desserts, and forgot to bring water when requested. My mussels in white wine contained something which shouldn't have been included (white pepper?), which made them smell and taste rubbish,... More

Dear Maria, I agree with you about mussels, but nothing wrong was with a souce, but it looks like that one mussel wasn't good and as you maybe know mussels are pTuting closed to the souce after that they open it's shells. We cannot see if one is not good, also as you eat 10 oysters one is bad and... More
