After/as well as many local restaurants and dishes, a welcome chance for something different. Sushi, oysters, tempura, a little fusion. Wonderful quality (especially the shrimp tempura!), service, local wines by the glass. A little tricky to find - follow the map carefully, toward the end...More

Really great experience. Having had a much more expensive option the night before, this was really affordable for oysters and sushi. The sushi was great and a bit new in flavor compared to US style sushi places. Highly recommend it. Not a lot of seating...More

We didn't have a reservation but luckily there was a table available. The sushi was excellent quality and would recommend the seared tuna bota style with black pepper. We also had tempura oysters, which were delicious, and various other rolls which were all really tasty....More

The oysters in particular were excellent, and believe me we tried a few. Handled with care and served by attentive but not intrusive staff. The sushi was also top quality - no complaints whatsoever. Thank you.

We visited here on our last day and it was lovely with fresh fish and oysters. Highly recommended if you like your fish raw!

A little weary of the standard tourist menu available in the vast majority of Dubrovnik restaurants, the Mrs and I ventured to Bota after a morning hurling ourselves off the Buza Cliffs. From arrival the waiter was exceptionally welcoming and friendly. Menus and subsequent drinks...More

Food was ok, but we had an extremely arrogant waitress with an awkward sense of humour. We clearly singnalised that we did not fancy the attitude. He was stopping by often with strange comments and we got quite annoyed. We will definitly not recommend or...More

Lovely well prepared and beautifully presented. Nomally we'd have stuck with local cuisine, but the hotel reception recommended it and it was fantastic.

I do not remember exactly, but beer prices should be the least of your concerns in croatia, since it is normally cheap across the country..

Description
Dubrovnik's new gem where diners enjoy a beautiful fusion of Dalmatian and Japanese cuisine. A unique place in the Old City to taste fresh oysters grown at the oyster farm in nearby Mali Ston Bay. This bay is the last place where the "Queen of oysters" (Ostrea edulis) still grows. The Oyster & Sushi Bar Bota is located in the charming, small alley by the Cathedral.
