Best Cevapi we had were at this place. It was our second time in Split, 3 years apart, and we knew that we must eat again at this little Cevapi shop. We had the Cevapi in the bun, with everything, but keep in mind that only the Ajvar and onion are free, kaimak is 5 Kuna extra per bun. We recommend to buy the 10 Cevapi portion, as they are very little, one -two bites per Cevapi. The bun is very fresh and tasty.

We visited based on the reviews and they exceeded expectations. There can be a small queue or wait for the food but it seems to be a small sandwich shop of people both cooking and serving. We tried the cevapi sandwich and it was delicious, one with ajver and onions and the other with the cajmak. We would wholly recommend both. Although we were too full to try one with both cajmak and ajver. Lovely juicy cevapi and soft fluffy bread all seasoned lovingly. Wholly recommend if you visit split.

We watched Netflix. “Somebody feed Phil” Season 1, episode 2 about Croatia, and they had gone to this place. What a great experience and great food. There is always a lineup, including locals during their lunch hour. When you see that, you know it is the place to be. We’ve been there 3 times so far and are already talking about our next visit.

Had to wait ages to get a cheeseburger which was not a cheeseburger but just a burger of very poor quality in a roll If you do not ask for extras, you just get the meat and a chewy roll, which is surprising! Nowhere you can find out the price of each extra (lettuce, mayonnaise, ketchup, tomato slices, etc.). The same goes for the drinks As for the hygiene, no comment. They deal with the cash and food at the same time!

Absolutely amazing food. A really quick wait and you could choose which toppings you wanted. As a family of 4 we got 2 sandwiches which were massive and great value for money. A large meat sandwich was €7.50 and we were completely stuffed. Staff were great aswell. Definitely recommend. A must have in split!

Fantastic. Extraordinary reasonable considering how good it tastes. Perfectly marinated meat in a soft, cuddly, home-made bun, bang in the centre of the Old Town. If you eat this for 5 Euro's, then blow 2 more on a nearby ice-cream, you've had a sublime experience and still have enough money left, to go back to Paulina's and do it all again, one hour later. It really is that good. I like the woman who served me, who juggled a stressful workload with charm, efficiency and humour. A wonderful experience. Go. Today.

Our cab driver recommended this place for a quick bite - and he was not wrong. The preparation was over in mere minutes and the staff was extremely friendly. Large portions (had medium size), extremely taste and not a bad price at all. I would happily come here again and I would recommend this place for everyone!

This is not my first time in Croatia and I tried a lot of Ćevapi but this is really bad, bad food. They were dry, ajvar souce was the cheapest one and bread hard to chew. Also staff is not polite or service minded at all. I usually dont write bad review, but I had for this place, really dissapointed.

We ordered the Cevapi medium portion with all the toppings including cheese. The cevapi came with traditional Bosnian sausages paired with red sauce (toppings) and some other mysterious toppings. I wish I knew the local tongue to ask! It was super delicious! I had zero expectations. It perfectly seasoned and the topping assisted with balancing out the “meaty” taste from the sausage. The bread was so so so FRESH. Give me the grease!!! Do yourself a favor and give this place a try; it won’t disappoint.

Very rude service to tourists. We were completely ignored when we wanted to order, while their friends could jump the queue. We gave up after waiting 20min to place an order even while being at the front of the queue for 15 minutes.

This is a great option for a quick lunch outside the tourist trap of Diocletian's Palace. The cevapi, ajvar, sour cream and onions are perfect with the soft, fresh, pillowy bread! It's really good value at €7.50 for a large sandwich! Note that there's standing room only inside and limited seating outside.

Got the sausage in the bread, really tasty and big size. The bread is really special, the lady on the counter is very pleasant. Limited menu, they only offer what they do best. Thanks to st Anthony (they hang his picture on the counter, patron of the lost items) for letting us finding this place after marjan hike (about 15 minutes from the start of the stairs to the hill). Very reasonably price, i think around 5 euros.

Despite Kantun Paulina being highly recommended, we were disappointed during our visit. Most importantly, the ćevapi was simply not that good. During our 2-week Croatian tour, we tried ćevapi in 3 different places throughout the country - Istria, Zagreb, and Split. Kantun Paulina's was the least expensive, but also the worst. The bread was dry and flavorless. They skimped on the sausage in our sandwiches. Had the food been better I could have forgiven the exceptionally brusque service, but put it all together and it was simply bad from start to finish. There are many, many places to get ćevapi in Croatia. This place is not special at all.

Bread/pita like firm on the outside, light and fluffy on the inside. 7 pieces of tender, perfectly seasoned little patties + let them put whatever they want in it. He wraps it in paper and you stand outside, lean against the wall w/ your beer and cevapi the hell out of your face. Grab napkins the sauce will get all over. We’ll be back. And I’ll order more than one next time. Hvala!

This place makes only sandwiches filled with chicken fillets or with cevapi (small beef sausages). You specify if you want ayvar (red sauce) bits of raw onion, or condiments. The ayvar is wonderfully intensely flavored, and complements especially well with chicken.
