We asked the waiter to recommend a typical dish of Dalmatia and he said that we asked for "pasticada” it is a plate of meat macerated with wine and a little vinegar for a day and then cooked over low heat.

Fabulous atmosphere, well located within the old palace. Fantastic food made by chef Drazen and served by the friendly and fabulously interesting Petar who has amazing wine knowledge (and also happens to be amazingly hot).
