Staff were really friendly from the moment we stepped in. More spacious than it appears on the street this restaurant has an authentic atmosphere with lots of local delicacies to try.

A comfortable restaurant with very nice food on offer. Their steak wasn't that great but their seafood was excellent. If you do go here make sure you start with the muscles.

Went for a late dinner with friends and were greeted with much enthusiasm! Ordering was prompt and food came out unexpectedly quickly, but the quality was not lacking. Recommended.

An interior room provides more seats than is apparent from street. Good option on cold evening. Friendly service. Food reasonable at fair price, rather than particularly innovative. In taverna area just west of Riva.

Went here on recommendation from our accommodation. We had just walked down from park. It's quite small so definitely book in advance we were lucky there were only two of us. The wine was good but the marinated cheese plate was awesome- some of the best cheese ever tasted. If it had been later we would certainly have stayed for... More

Great budget selection of tradition Dalmatian Croatian cuisine, great location and pleasant staff. The grilled squid secret is - it's local, fried is from the frozen supply. Great Swiss chart!

Šperun has loads of atmosphere and professional waiters. The food is traditional croatian and impressively prepared by two ladies in the smallest kitchen I've ever seen. Here you'll get the perfect and sincere croatian food experience.

Attractive restaurant with nice ambience located on a street also called Sperun close to the church at the west end of the promenade. It was nice to get away from the busier old city and promenade. The sea bass and sea bream we had (both served with traditional blitva – Swiss chard and potatoes) were both very good, as was... More

We ate here at the recommendation of our apartment owner. The food was OK (sea bass, lasagne, bruschetta, ice cream and coffee) and the wines were local and also nice (you can buy the wine by the glass which is good if you want a different wine with each course). We also had some beer 'from the tap' which was... More

Walked around for a while looking for some place that was away from the tourist crowds. Came across this place. Most of the people having lunch there were local so suggested to my wife that we try it. I had a whole bream grilled. It was great. Simply done with some spinach and potatoes, which the dish could have done... More
