Nice and simple menu with plenty of seafood, fish and some meat. I recommend the burrata with tomatoes as a starter, simple but tasty. The seabass with truffles was lovely, the fish was very fresh and melty! I didn't have dessert as the portion of French fried I had on the side was huge! Prices are quite reasonable. The owner... The restaurant seems to work with just caught fish. There are not many dishes offered but they are wonderful! I definitely will recommend it. The fish and the mussels were fresh and very well cooked, the service was also good and the prices are ok.

Fish is tasty, but service is slow. To find a table it is necessary to book in advance, especially if you want a table in the street.

We came for lunch and were lucky enough to get a table without reservations. The service here was different than any other restaurant experience I had before. But in a good way. The server was very straightforward and took control of our order. And boy were we glad he did. We had the cuttlefish ink risotto and the octopus stew... More

We went the first night but got told that they're full so we made reservation for the next day. As people who have done their research about Croatia should know that cuttlefish ink risotto is one of the country's specialty, so I was torn between choosing the octopus stew or the risotto. We asked for the waiter's recommendation and he... More

We were very lucky to get a table - about 50 people were turned away while we ate because it was fully booked for the next three days. The fish plate gives a nice selection of different fishes, although they have a small and changeable menu so it may not always be available. We just ate what the waiter recommended... More

I didn't reserve and they were fully booked for the evening...BUT We were lucky enough that the owner had just opened (1 day before) a 'sister' restaurant across the little street with a nearly identical menu (some variations) and it was lovely. We were inside the walls but the evening was perfect that they had the tent top pulled open... More

We had dinner here in mid August. The waiter was attentive and very well informed, putting us at ease. Huge portion sizes - my husband and I shared the black risotto starter which could easily have been a main elsewhere. We both ordered the 2nd class fish for mains - Salpa and Golden Cutlet, which were deliciously cooked, alongside roasted... More

Description
Our small family restaurant is run by Father & Chef, preparing dishes that are passed on by his mother and grandmother. Our family lives in this neigborhood for more than 300 years. Blessed by the heavenly Adriatic, seafood is mainly our thing. As we depend on the weather working with fish, daily menu is flexible. Vegetables are bought on the bazaar behind the palace & the fish-market is 100m away. Even our wine & olive oil is made by local family producers. Enjoy traditional Dalmatian dishes in friendly atmosphere.. Welcome foodies!
