I came with a friend and we had an amazing time. They brought out a platter with fish that had been caught that day. We split the fish plate for 2 and it was definitely the best option. You got a few types of fish for relatively cheap! I'd definitely go again.

This restaurant is really amazing. Simply cooked fresh food to a very high standard and very good value for money. A must if you are visiting Split, although you will need to book a few days in advance for evening dinner.

A very good address, mussels were very fresh, fish was amazing. A must do in Split! The service was perfect, just the ventilation system could be improved, we felt like we were in the kitchen. I will definitely come again

Just go there (book before of course:) ) and sit, order a drink first, enjoy the atmosphere of the restaurant or the street. They will bring daily fresh fish to your table with great recommendations. Pick your own choice or follow the recommendations, you will be very satisfied on both occasions. This restaurant has the best fresh fish in town.... More

Booked this restaurant for dinner and managed to get 2 seats, I.e. Shared a table with another 2 diners in the restaurant. My friend and I love the deco and ambience. The server presented the fishes of the day to us while doing the explanation on their menu. We ordered the fish platter which was amazingly fresh. Very good food!... More

I went to this restaurant twice whilst on a trip with friends to Split and it was our favourite restaurant. The food was brilliant and felt like very authentic local cuisine. We shared our food as a group and tried the black cuttlefish risotto, prawns in a white wine and garlic sauce and some little fried fish. All were fantastic.... More

Had a wonderful meal here. The best mussels I think I've ever eaten. So fresh, plump, meaty and not at all fishy. They serve fish by weight and the three of us shared a sea bass and sea breem both fresh and wonderful. Definitely recommend this restaurant

You really need a reservation if you want to go unless you are in low season, because this is very popular. I was lucky to found a place. They did not have the calamary on their menu because they have usually the catch of the day. So, I took a typical meal : cuttlefish stew and this was surprisingly delicious!... More

Sitting outside (really the only place to sit) on a warm evening looking out towards the marina, enjoying a cold pivo and a glass of a nice Croatian white... hard to beat. A solicitous waiter steered my wife to the monk fish skewers, which claimed were some of the best fish she's eaten, whereas I went for the grilled sea... More

Our small family restaurant is run by Father & Chef, preparing dishes that are passed on by his mother and grandmother. Our family lives in this neigborhood for more than 300 years. Blessed by the heavenly Adriatic, seafood is mainly our thing. As we depend on the weather working with fish, daily menu is flexible. Vegetables are bought on the bazaar behind the palace & the fish-market is 100m away. Even our wine & olive oil is made by local family producers. Enjoy traditional Dalmatian dishes in friendly atmosphere.. Welcome foodies!
